This third floor with wifi one bedroom apartment only 100 mt from the beach can accomodate 4 people with its one double bedroom and with an extra sofa bed in the sitting/dining room. The bedroom can also accomodate a baby bed without any problems. It is also complete with a kitchen and dining /sitting area and bathroom complete with a separate shower. It also has 2 balconies - one in the main bedroom that looks over the hills and the beaches of Lido Di Camaiore, and one from the sitting room area that look over the Hills. It is perfect for a family. There is also an underground private parking space, but this depends on availability.
The building has a lift.

BELLISSIMO APPARTAMENTO VISTA MARE E MONTI

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo delizioso appartamento per due settimane nel luglio 2023. La casa si trova in un bel condominio di lido di Camaiore a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare, proprio di fronte alla chiesa. E' dotato di ogni comfort, ampia zona giorno luminosissima con divano letto comodo e una bella terrazza con tavolino e sedie e vista monti. Cucina a vista con lavastoviglie, frigorifero con congelatore e fornita di ogni stoviglia e pentolame. L'unica cosa che manca è il forno ma sinceramente in estate non se ne sente la necessità! C'è comunque un forno a microonde e una piastra per toast. nel disimpegno che porta alla camera da letto c'è un armadio a muro dove si trova la lavatrice ed ampio spazio dove riporre le proprie cose. la camera da letto è bella ampia con un grande armadio molto capiente e si affaccia con un altro bel balcone con due poltrone e un comodo lavandino da utilizzare per lavare i costumi quandosi rientra dal mare. anche qui bellissima vista sia sulle montagne che sul mare. aria condizionata sia in zona notte che in zona giorno.bello anche il bagno con doccia e bidet. asciugamani, biancheria letto e cucina forniti. correda il tutto un fantastico posto auto coperto al piano sotterraneo dove si arriva comodamente con l'ascensore. per concludere siamo state benissimo, la sistemazione è fantastica e torneremo senz'altro! grazie ancora a Sofia che è stata sempre gentilissima e pronta a risolvere ogni nostro problema prontamente!
