Beautiful accommodations, wonderful vacation memories, and six passes to the family fun at SHARC, which includes access to shared hot tubs, await you at 30 Mt. View Condo.

The outside of this condo boasts amazing views of the 15th fairway of the Meadows Golf Course, and the interior features exceptional furnishings and quality appliances. The main level hosts the kitchen, the expanded dining room which seats six or more, the living room, the den, and the master bedroom with a queen bed.

Upstairs, you'll find another bedroom with queen bed and two full size beds in the loft area. This condo is perfect for up to six guests. Cuddle up next to the gas fireplace in the cozy family room with friends and family to enjoy a board game or movie. Or, have a family barbecue on the back deck while watching the sunset behind Mt. Bachelor.

Please be aware that the Sunriver SHARC center has implemented new rules and regulations regarding occupancy, amenities, and access. Please see their website for more details.

Family of Four

This house checked ALL the boxes!! We are a family of four (kids' age: 14 &11) and this was one of our stops on our 2-week road trip we took through the PNW. We had the best time and are looking forward to returning in the future. In addition to the amazing location, being pedestrian-friendly, and the perk of the aquatic center passes, the communication with the host throughout our stay was exceptional. We cannot recommend this house enough!

Fun in the Snow

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happily surprised with the condo...clean, updated, well stocked kitchen and big windows to take in the view from both sides of condo. Walking distance to mall. The downstairs toilet needs a bit of repair as it leaks and continually refills. The kitchen faucet may need to be checked as it drips unless it is very carefully placed. We would have liked to be able to park in the garage as opposed to leaving the car outside.

Terrible checkin

When we got to the condo at 1am after a 10 hour car ride the code didn't work so we called the number given to us and waited 40 minutes for a person to pick up. My family which included 2 children sat in the car with a temp of 7 degrees outside. It took an hour to get inside.When we finally were able to get in, the walkways we're covered in snow and ice and my daughter who has MS slipped numerous times. None of the pathways in the complex were cleared. Other than that the condo was nice, but we won't rent again in this complex.

Excellent Location, Great for Kids - Some things to consider

Overall, a wonderful location that is very convenient if you plan to spend a lot of time at the SHARC and the Village. We have three children under 6; the loft and upstairs bedroom/bathroom work perfectly. We have stayed at this condo for week long stays in consecutive summers and will probably be back again next summer. Things I wish were a little better: Kitchen equipment - We cook a lot of out meals in. The kitchen equipment is older, and this particular unit lacks a lot of the items usually found in vacation rentals by other guests (seasonings, oils, plastic bags, plastic wrap). This is not a detriment necessarily, but something that is good to know when you book/go shopping. Bedding - These beds are stiff! And the pillows are as thick and comforting as a sheet of paper. Our friends stayed in a condo a few doors down that gave access to a garage full of bikes, carriages, outdoor games, etc. This is a huge perk, when considering the costs of renting bikes, etc. This condo does not provide bikes, outdoor games, etc. Overall, I would recommend this condo as it's location is hard to beat (if you have small kids and plan to spend a lot of your time at the SHARC/Village).

Nice condo but had some issues

When we got there the door code system was frustrating as it times out really fast and we were getting the code over the phone since we were never sent one. Then it was very dirty inside. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and crumbs throughout the whole downstairs. On top of that all the surfaces including the floor were sticky. There was food on the chairs in the dining room and the garbage disposal smelled terrible because it hadn't been ran. We called and they had someone come clean. It was better after that but still not as clean as you want. There was still food and crumbs on the dining room chairs. One of the full beds upstairs was broken making it pretty slanted which was annoying. They really should consider A/C. We opened windows at night which made it tolerable but then the sprinklers turned on in in the middle of the night and hit the open window and made a lot of noise. We liked the layout and furniture. Overall all we would stay there again if it was cleaned better and it wasn't so hot out.

Great location

This condo has a great location near the SHARC center pool. It can sleep 8 easily without using a pullout sofa. It is well stocked with cooking utensils,plates and silverware. My only gripe it the extra fees that are not listed in the ‘nightly price’ which make the overall rental price much higher than expected.

Lovely escape in Sunriver

This condo is spacious, bright and perfectly located. Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well appointed condo. We loved the views of the golf course and the location right on the bike trails with close proximity to all the fun stuff Sunriver has to offer.

Comfortable & Spacious

We really enjoyed our stay here as a family of 3 for the summer vacation. Pretty spacious, more than we could need for a family of 3! There were plenty of cooking utensils/equipment to make delicious meals. Very well-stocked with kitchenware and such! Just bring your own seasoning/cooking oil/sugar for coffee, etc. For the warm summer days, there were several fans to combat the heat making it comfortable enough. Open up the windows at night and let the cool and fresh air in. Location is a close walking distance to Sharc and The Village. Better yet, rent bicycles to get around and enjoy nature. Only suggestion is the refresh/replace some of the pillows and retire the old ones. Oh, also, maybe spray down/pressure wash the deck furniture…so it’s ready for use. Overall, We’d stay here again!

Fantastic Stay!

Wonderful layout - super clean and easy to use kitchen with all the amenities. Plenty of room for our family of five. Really appreciated the comfortable couches for lounging around after a busy day of biking and swimming. Super great location - just across from the SHARC. Beautiful view of the golf course off the deck. We will definitely be renting this space again next summer!

Vacasa Terrible

Will never rent from Vacasa again. Three months in advance of stay tried to find out if unit has AC. Received conflicting information from five different agents but they confirmed forced air meant it had AC. Then prior to trip called again after not receiving key check in information and learned by an extremely rude Supervisor that forced air did not mean AC. Tried to escalate concerns to no avail. To date have still not received an adequate response. Had to cool ourselves with wet clothes during 110 degree heat wave during stay.

Lovely Condo with a Beautiful View

Great space, but had some hospitality issues

We generally always stay a few doors down. The space was great, roomy and comfortable for sure, but we only received 4 towels total when it sleeps 6, and we only had 1 garbage bag for a 4 night stay. We emailed Vacasa and they responded quickly, but we didn’t receive anything until the 3rd day so it was a bit uncomfortable sharing towels and stuffing food and garbage into grocery bags and letting them sit inside for 2 days. This is the only reason it got 3 stars. Again, small mistakes I’m sure, but the home is quiet and comfortable, but there is no AC so beware on hot days.
