Charming 1600 sq/ft three bedroom two bath house nestled in the timber of the south east hills of Eugene minutes away from the University of Oregon campus. The master bedroom has a king bed with the two guestrooms having queen and double bed. Two full bathrooms with a fully equipped kitchen and barbecue available for guest use. There is a 60 inch cable television and DVD player in the family room and a 42 inch cable television in the master bedroom. Full disclosure, this is my wife's and I primary residence. We move out so you can move in and enjoy our tranquil retreat. However, we do leave a few clothing and food items behind but we make sure we leave you PLENTY of room for your stuff.

Great stay in cozy & clean house in the trees!
Clean, cozy house in a cool, quiet, woodsy neighborhood. If it were my house I’d close off the master bedroom loft for privacy, and add some window coverings, but other than that, I wouldn’t change a thing. The beds and linens were fantastic.
Wonderful stay for UO graduation!
Lovely home tucked up in the hills and surrounded by beautiful trees. Very nice 3 bedroom/ 2 bath just right for family. Everything was clean, modern, well stocked with toiletries, and very, very comfortable (loved the heated bathroom floor in the morning!). We were on the go all day - easy to get to all local Eugene and UO activities. Really enjoyed relaxing here at the end of the day.
Owner Eric was great! Very helpful. Easy to reach in making reservations and getting access on arrival.
Highly recommend this property!
We had a wonderful stay, very homey perfect fit for our family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Eric was super. Loved the peace and quiet but closeness to everything. Had everything we needed!
Great place for a visit and football game at UO
This was our first VRBO experience and it could not have been better. The house was as described (actually better) and was comfortable for our family of 6, all of which are adults. The house was well-kept, clean, very inviting and comfortable. Eric, the owner, was gracious and very accommodating and I can see already plans being made to come back to this house. As promised by Eric, the back deck was relaxing with plenty of opportunities to watch wild turkey and deer. If your going to visit UO, we would recommend staying at Eric's house.
