Just 5 km from the historic center of Todi, our structure offers guests all the comfort they need from our beautiful rooms, each with private entrance, private bathroom with shower, fridge, heating, digital TV, air conditioning (by reservation), hairdryer, etc ...
We offer Italian breakfast with cakes, pies, homemade jams, fruit juices and typical local products and, on request, we also serve savory breakfast with cold cuts, cheeses, etc.
The pride of our precious structure is the wellness center (extra, available by reservation).
The SPA includes: a courtesy set (soft terry bathrobe, disposable non-slip slippers, hair cap and herbal tea), Finnish sauna, turkish bath, emotional shower, waterfall shower, mini Jacuzzi hydromassage pool, relaxation room with tea bar, gym and tanning shower.
On request it is possible to make relax and physiotherapeutic massages.

The centrality of the geographical position in which the farm is located allows you to reach with a few minutes of travel the places of greatest interest among which include Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello and places of naturalistic relief such as the Cascata delle Marmore Terni and the Trasimeno lake.
