The accommodation is an independent house inside the Farm Podere L'allodola.
The estate is immersed in the splendid Tuscan landscape dominated by the Chianti Rufina vineyards, centuries-old olive groves and cypress hills. The house consists of a living room with fireplace, which the guests can turn on during their stay, a large kitchen equipped with everything necessary, a comfortable bathroom, two terraces, one with a view and one where there is also a large BBQ perfect for enjoying a barbecue at sunset; with two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the living room it can accommodate up to 6 people.
Being our guests, you will also have access to the garden, the tennis court, the large fenced-in pool (6 mx 12 m) which is part of the estate of the owners who occasionally at weekends and in the summer vacations occupy the house 10 meters away from yours.
Parking for cars is free of charge inside the estate .
The house is also perfect for families with children because they are free to move in the garden, which is equipped with swings, to access the tree house, the large fenced pool, the tennis court and to see all the animals in the yard of the estate: the cat, the rabbits, the chickens, the ducks and the turkeys.
Small pets are welcome in the house.
