Playa Encanto - ¡La mejor playa en Rocky Point!

Playa Encanto es la mejor playa de la zona. Venga y hospédese en nuestro apartamento de playa privada en la hermosa playa de arena de Playa Encanto.

Este apartamento está en el segundo piso con solo acceso por escaleras. Se encuentra detrás de la casa principal y está a unos pasos (unos 50) de la playa. La casa principal está frente a la playa. No alquilamos la casa de playa y alentamos a nuestros huéspedes a usar el patio frente a la playa de la casa principal (en la imagen).

Este es un apartamento de arriba, ubicado detrás de la casa principal. El apartamento duerme cuatro en dos confortables camas queen size. Hay un dormitorio y la otra cama está en la sala principal detrás de una pared de pony, perfecta para los niños. Los huéspedes adicionales que se alojen en la casa deberán abonar $ 25 por huésped, por noche. Esto será deducido del depósito. También hay un baño con ducha. Actualmente, no hay wifi disponible en la casa. El aparcamiento está en la calle en frente de la casa. Nuestra comunidad vigilada está segura.

A diferencia de la ciudad, nuestra agua nos es entregada. Hay dos tanques de agua de 500 galones disponibles para el alquiler. Cualquier uso por encima de dos tanques durante un período de 2 noches / tres días será responsabilidad financiera del arrendatario para rellenar. Si se hospeda por 6 noches, la segunda recarga es parte del contrato de alquiler, pero una tercera recarga es responsabilidad del arrendatario. Todas las recargas del tanque de agua se realizan en efectivo.

Ofrecemos una barbacoa de gas y muebles de patio que se pueden mover al patio de la casa principal para una vista fantástica. La barbacoa de gas se encuentra en el patio debajo de las escaleras. Por favor traiga sus propias sillas de playa y toallas de playa.

Viajar por 10 millas en coche a Puerto Peñasco para la vida nocturna y el mercado de pescado y de curiosidades. Hay varios restaurantes excelentes se encuentran allí. Eso es lo lejos que esta comunidad de playa es desde el ajetreo de la ciudad de Puerto Peñasco. Pero, en realidad, es sólo 15 minutos en coche.

Week at the beach

We had a great (but too short) vacation in Playa Encanto. This property has great beach access to the best beach in Rocky Point. The place has colorful tile in the kitchen and bathroom and all the amenities we needed for a week at the beach.

Spacious Apartment

The apartment is conveniently located just behind the beach house, above the garage. There is a small patio to enjoy eating out of doors. It was more spacious than expected with new sheets and extra blankets. It was difficult to ignore the plastic coving the box spring and mattress, beyond looking rather sad the noise with every turn was noticeable. The water stained curtains definitely needed attention and the kitchen could use a bit more cleaning, I know how difficult it is to get good help...We could not see the view toward the beach since the windows had not been cleaned in a while but the location was great and we would recommend and definitely stay again.

Playa Encanto

The property was a little lacking in amenities. Was sweltering hot when we arrived and the two air conditioners took 6 or 7 hours just to cool place down to 80 or so. BUT THE BEACH IS EVERYTHING IT WAS SAID TO BE! Totally worth it! Looking forward to going again!

Amazing!

This is a perfect apartment with all amenities to cook a great meal. The beds were comfortable and the place was big enough for 4. Michaela was super easy to work with and checked in to make sure we had everything. We will book again!

Fantastic clean quiet beach, nice little casa

Very pretty little upstairs apartment. Pretty much has what you need. We didn't bother with the TV or wifi, so can't speak to that. It's not five star hotel clean, but I'm a clean freak and I felt totally comfortable. The beach is just unbeatable for solitude and nature. LOVED IT!! Thank you!!

Our Playa Encanto Jewel

We've stayed here several times. No other property compares, this place is affordable, clean, has everything you'll need, and steps from the beach. We don't even leave, just bring your own food to cook! Michaela is very responsive and quick to resolve minor hiccups. The beach is beautiful here, not crowded at all, and very safe. We are will always come back. ❤

Great Stay and unbearable price

The property itself was right on the beach, which was amazing. We went over spring break and truly there was almost no one on the beach. A couple tips I could mention: as you entering on the main drag, you will turn at on atuna and then you are directly in front of the property. The property itself was clean, and just as you expected with all the kitchen items you needed to make your meals. There is an excellent Taco stand at the entrance and she is there from 8:30-4pm daily. I would highly recommend the piña colada. It is quite an ordeal for her to get the blender going, but so good! Loved her stay for such an amazing price, we will definitely be back!

Private Paradise!

We have stayed with them several times, and it is always an amazing experience. The house has everything you need for fridge, cooking, pots, pans, and condiments, dishes. Bring your food and enjoy the best the beach has to offer. The host was very communicative and prompt when responding to us. It can be a little nervous to get there if you have not been there before but follow the instructions provided and will be no problem at all. Look forward to staying here many more times. KM

Nice comfortable place.

Micahelas place is very nice, & comfortable. We had trouble getting the key out of the stuck lockbox, but we eventually got it. We we're trying to open the ground floor doors to no avail, because the key opens the sliding door upstairs. The patio of the big house is big and right on the beach, with a margarita deck up top. Everything was clean and in working order, except we had ZERO hot water which made showering a "breathtaking" experience. All in all a great little place for a get away.

Great time for Thanksgiving 2023.

Stayed here many times. Enjoy the location and the proximity to the beach. Wife had messaged the owner about being short some bath towels and they were brought over. Thank you for that. Just wanted to bring a small detail to your attention. There was some dog hair on the floor by the one bed. We are completely fine with it because we have a dog as well. Just wanted to pass it along in case you need to address it. Definitely will be back. Thanks! 😄

A nice place in Playa Encanto.

The wife and I enjoy staying at this place. Far enough away from everything but close enough if you need something. A few things : We had to use a couple of towels from those bags marked for Miguel Sanchez. Needed a dish towel and one to dry hands. The carbon monoxide plug in alarm was beeping upon arrival. I think the batteries might be bad in the smoke alarm as well. Just wanted to let you guys know. Just little stuff. Definitely will be back. Thank you.

Great beach but Omg ….really?

Apartment was a nice set up. Really hard to open lockbox to get the key. Beautiful view but Windows so salty you could not see out. Power went out. Could not get a response through Vrbo messaging of host but a call was returned and power was restored in about three hours. Exterior of courtyard not maintained. Was locked out and couldn’t get a response from host at all. Neighbors helped out. a very nice neighbor found someone who had a key. Thank God! We did find a sign tucked beside the fireplace stating to take key with you as you might get locked out. Apparently this is a common occurrence as the door locks itself quite often. It had happened just the week before and again the neighbors said they had to help at that time as well. Seating inside was very very uncomfortable but the beds were good. Tv was the size of a computer monitor The beach was accessible beautiful and very private.

Kitchen counter and bath appeared clean. Nice spot to sit outside on rental house patio and quiet beach. Had to soak and clean silverware tray, it was Very dirty. Did not turn on ceiling fans because of thick layer of dust. Entrance screen door was torn and off of track so could not use. Window channels so full of dirt so could hardly open. Light shade in bedroom still was wrapped in plastic with store tag on it. Hot water in shower intermittent so it could be very hot and then become cold. Daughter and son in law had been there all week and must not have even looked at rental. Did not mention problems to them because did not want intrusion while we were staying and decided because they were there all week and did not inspect they probably did not care. With a little concern on owners part this could have been a 4-5 star

Dirty and run down

When we arrived we were surprised at how dirty the place was. The refrigerator was filthy, all counters in the kitchen and bathroom needed cleaning, and there was literally up to 1/4" of sand on every window sill. The curtains in the bedroom were torn and stained and the top sheet on the bed was obviously one size too small because it barely covered the mattress. Within about an hour we had no water and that lasted for 20+ hours until they could get the water pump fixed (the host refunded 70% of the first night cost but also told us that everyone has cockroaches). The first 24 hours in the space we killed 5 large cockroaches. We actually went into Rocky Point and bought spray cleaner to clean the counters and fridge. I have pictures to back up all of these issues. The beach is very nice and there are very few people on it. The host encourages using the upstairs balcony on the house in front, but the spiral staircase is in such bad shape that pieces of concrete are falling off so we did not go up there. We did use the ground level front porch which provides some nice shade. In summary: the beach is good but this space needs serious cleaning and updating.
