This is a Private Home Not a Condo! You have privacy on the patio!
It is located just inside of Beautiful Las Conchas, a premier residential community with the most Beautiful, Peaceful, Quiet and Not Crowded Beaches, Very Relaxing!
Just minutes (5) to downtown Puerto Penasco, (Rocky Point).
This is a cozy Two-Bedroom Beach Bungalow (single level-Home).
The Casita is on the Second Tier yet just 50 feet from The Beach with The Beach Access Walkway Right in Front of The Home. Beach Access is slightly uneven to the stairs (12 steps) then you will be on the Beach!
Relax on the private front patio with the sounds of the ocean or go down on the beach and enjoy the warm Mexican sun.
Grill some fresh catch on the Barbecue Grill, or fresh Shrimp that you have purchased.
Two Large Master Bedrooms w/Master Baths, both bedrooms has NEW comfortable California King Beds, One fold out foam twin chair bed that sleeps 1 child.
Casita sleeps 4 Adults and 1 child.
High-Speed WiFi for Stream Movies or Games, through out.
Large open private patio area.
Fenced in Backyard.
Lots of Parking.

It was great, we were close to the beach we had fun. Didn't really stay that much in the house. I would stay there again. Down side: Directions we're confusing, and the shower water smelled a little bit like sewer.

Perfect getaway

The location was fantastic. Just a few steps down the path and the beach was there. Loved that it was not crowded too. My favorite part of the day was outside on the porch area listening to the waves. The owner was fantastic! Easy to reach and very helpful.

Once again, this perfect beach bungalow delivered the magic. This wasn’t my first stay—and definitely won’t be my last. The location is ideal: just steps from the sand and close to everything you need, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true getaway. The home itself is spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained—every detail adds to the relaxing vibe. The management team is top-notch—friendly, responsive, and a breeze to work with. Amazing proximity to beach access

This was a great stay for two and our pup! Everything was as described, very comfortable space and beach access made it perfect...literally right across the road. The house is located directly across from beach access, and the beach in Los Conchas was beautiful and not too busy, even for Memorial Day weekend. A bit of advise - it was easier to use Google Maps to get to Las Conchas, and then follow the directions to the house given by the owner. Really excellent stay, would definitely do it again!

The bedrooms were spacious even with a king size bed. Loved it! The living room & kitchen, not so much. A little cramped, but got the job done to cook & eat. No TV in the living room to watch movies in the evening or Sunday football as a family. We had to go to a local sports bar. The TVs in the bedrooms did not work- no cable, no antenna for local channels or even a DVD player to watch anything. Basically just there for decoration. Overall, cute litle Bungalow.

Great Place As Advertised

We had a great time renting this house for a long weekend. Right across the street from the beach with easy access. Quiet neighborhood and close access to town. Pictures are accurate of the house conditions. The only thing that I would have wanted was directv as well as a tv in the living room. Outside of that, it was perfect for us.

Great property, great location

This place was awesome! Clean, well stocked with everything you could need in the kitchen, plenty of towels, and nice little front patio that gets great sunshine. Super short walk to the beach straight across the street in front of the property. Property manager introduced himself to us on the beach but we never needed to call for anything. Love the neighborhood too, friendly and quiet. Strong internet, lots of dvds to watch and some board/card games were there as well. Great place overall, we would go back in a heartbeat.

Perfect little getaway

Clean and quiet property just 1 block off the beach. You can see and hear the ocean waves from the patio. Responsive owner, but gives you your privacy too. We would have enjoyed a TV in the living area but we just used the 2nd bedroom as a TV watching room. Hooked up our laptop to the TV with our HDMI cord and the internet was very strong for streaming. All in all, a great stay and a good value.

Excellent! More than we expected. Bed was comfortable. Bath towels were large, soft, and fluffy. More provisions included than expected - paper towels, toilet paper, hand and dish soap. Kitchen clean and fully furnished including small appliances. We had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

“Pet friendly”

It is a cute little house. The only thing is it did say it was “pet friendly “ and for someone who doesn’t have pets I would not recommend staying there. We found a lot of dog hair on the furniture. Other than that it was good.

Maintenance Poor

Casita not maintained well. Maintenance person couldn't be reached. Sliding door handle broke and couldn't lock. Had to have someone there at all times to watch Casita. Lights burnt out. Just Terrible maintenance.

Wish you would have called me directly; I would have called My manager on the ground that would have been there same day. Door Handle is fixed, lights replaced, and we always keep extra bulbs in the kitchen and baths.... You are Always Welcome to come Back Again.

Lovey Spot

We had an amazing stay at the beach bungalow. The pictures didn't do it justice. Everything was super clean, the king beds were a dream, the kitchen fully stocked with everything you'd need to make meals. Just steps away from the beach we enjoyed morning sunrises and nightly sunsets. Loved that they had an outdoor water source to rinse the sand off and keep the indoors clean. The outdoor patio space was used daily and perfect for sun tanning or getting a break from the ocean sun. The beach was pretty quiet overall with a lot less vendors than the downtown space. They only had one lounger so I'd recommend they add at least one more or bring your own. We also had brought a small dog who also loved all the sun bathing opportunities! We would have loved access to a vacuum to help with the sand. We liked the additional books, games, and movies available to help us wind down in the evenings. Overall fantastic place and we are looking forward to returning.

Relaxing get-a-way

The owner was very responsive to every question I had before and during our stay. There are two master bedrooms with an open kitchen/living room. There was one house in front of the beach, but you can see and hear the waves from the patio. The walk to the beach was super easy and much closer then staying in a condo like we have done on other visits. The neighborhood was nice and everyone was friendly! We cooked almost every night and the kitchen was stocked with pans/pots, etc.
