Beautiful 2 bedroom first line beach apartment with a fantastic sea view.

- Newly renovated 70 m2 apartment plus 8 m2 balcony
- Spacious living room with open kitchen
- Dining table for 6 persons
- Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, glass-ceramic hob, oven,
washing machine, microwave and coffee machine
- 40" flat screen cable tv with english tv channels
- Master bedroom with double bed (150 x 190cm), spacious wardrobe and
exit to the balcony
- Second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe
- An additional sofa bed for 2 people in the living living room
- Baby cot/chair is available in the apartment
- Fully equipped bathroom with hair dryer
- Air conditioning for both cooling and heating in living room, master bedroom and the second room

- Wi-fi wireless Internet access

From 15 of June to 19 of October the reservations only accepted weekly from Saturday to Saturday, minimum 7 nights.

Very pleasant stay

The property is exactly as shown on the pictures. Located next to the beach boardwalk and close to the Marina, it gives access to a wide choice of restaurants and stores. Lovely stay. Warm welcome from owner, who was also easy to contact during stay.

Nice apartment with a stunning view on the beach with an easy access to it. Perfect check-in with Cher who took the time to give us all the information needed. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Very nice flat and area.

Property was very good. Evrything clean and working fine. Fantastic view and plenty of places to eat and drink. Cher (the owner) was very pleasant and helpful. We really hope to return in the future.

Beautiful views

Second time at this apartment , everything about the apartment was great. The cleanliness. it is spacious has all the amenities , comfortable bed's , big walk in shower free wifi and wide-screen tv which we never had on so can't tell you what channels it has . Awesome view's and Cher the host was so helpful on anything you needed she's a lovely lady . This apartment has everything you need to make it a great holiday.

Perfection!

This property was excellent and exactly as shown. It is very modern with everything you would ever need. The view was fantastic! Sea, beach, boardwalk, pool! All with one glance! Location was perfect. Could walk to everything. Bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket, beach. And only 20 minutes from Malaga airport! The Host was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Would definitely recommend and would return again!

Great apartment, superb location and amazing views!

We rented this appartment for one month in February 2023. The location is amazing, near the marina, shops and restaurants. Everything is at walking distance. The view of the Mediterranean sea is exactly what you see in the pictures, we spent a lot of time on the terrasse just admiring the view. Appartment is well appointed, with all the required amenities and quite spacious. Cher was very easy to deal with, she was present at check in and explained every aspect of the appartment to us and was available throughout our stay. We did not experience any issues. I would definitely go back or recommend this appartment.

We booked a two week vacation for two adults and two children. The apartment is in a great location, right next to the beach and within short walking distance of the Marina. The balcony also had a lovely view, overlooking the gardens and the private pool / beach / sea. We enjoyed the use of the pool almost every day. The apartment was very clean, modern, spacious and really comfortable. Check in process was very simple and communication with the owner was excellent throughout. I would happily stay at this property again in the future and I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday.

Lovely apartment on the beachfront with all mod cons. Host(Cher) met us and showed us around. Lovely pool. Next to bars and cafes. Gated building so very secure. Maybe install a safe for documents etc. Would highly recommend

Excelente ubicación frente al mar

El apartamento se corresponde exactamente con las fotos del anuncio. La urbanización muy familiar y bastante tranquila. La piscina, para disfrutar, un tamaño suficiente para los que les guste nadar, temperatura perfecta, y al salir unas inmejorables vistas al mar. El apartamento tal y cómo lo esperábamos, con la terraza y el salón con vistas increíbles. A 10-15 min a pie de la marina de Benalmadena, con muchos restaurantes para elegir. El contacto con los propietarios muy bueno, y check in muy fácil.

The apartment was fantastic. Very modern and stylish. The view from the balcony is amazing. The pool was great and we enjoyed sitting on the bench near the pool side taking in the view.
