Welcome to our house on the Ridge!

This is our home that we live in with our 4 small children that we rent for special events (Bristol Motor Speedway events, Rhythm & Roots Reunion, holidays, weddings, family reunions, etc.) and groups that need lots of bedrooms with a great entertainment outdoor patio!

COVID & OTHER VIRUSES NOTICE: We do completely disinfect our property before and after each reservation. We care about all that come into our home!

This home is on the top of a mountain ridge and has beautiful views of the area! Sit on the front porch in a rocking chair and enjoy the privacy of being on top of the mountain in the center of Bristol TN. Hang out on the back brick patio & fire up the pit to enjoy the views of the mountains and all the activity below!

The house is large enough that everyone has their own space, but can come together in comfortable settings for dining, playing games, watching the big screens, or roasting marshmallows!

This 5-bedroom house can sleep 12 adults in beds with plenty of space for blow-up mattresses, cots, pack-n-plays, cribs and more (all available if needed). We have more beds available by request.

Downstairs:
Master bedroom is located on the main floor with a Master bath suite- amazing views! This bedroom has a King Serta mattress.

Upstairs:
Guest Bedroom 2 has queen bed with en suite full bathroom and a baby crib

*We have twin mattresses we can set up on the floor in any of the rooms if needed.

Additional bathroom upstairs.

The back patio features a scenic view overlooking Bristol. There is an outdoor dining table that sits 6 as well as a relaxing couch. This is my favorite area! There is a charcoal grill built in this space, but we have never used it as its sorta far away and use the grill on the side patio.

We have both a charcoal and gas grill off the sun room for grilling!

We do have kids ranging 6-11 years old, so if needed, we have all "kid things" to accommodate (crib, toys, high chair, etc.). Just let me know ahead of time!

Please be aware:
This is our daily home. We have stuff in the pantry and clothes in the closets, and you might step on a lego we accidentally missed. It will be much like the pictures (maybe different bedding) and very clean upon arrival! We want you to feel warm and welcome in our home, but please realize this is a home, not a hotel.

We do have 2 cats that live outside, garage kept during cold/wet weather. We do leave the cats on the property as they "watch" over the house (mostly keeping snakes and rodents away "earning their keep"). Gray one’s name is "Meow" and we leave the garage partially open for food/water as she comes and goes. The grey & white is “Chonchi”. Both are friendly, but won't bother you if you don't wish to interact. If for any reason you do not wish for them to be here, we can arrange to take them to accommodate your group, just let me know ahead of time.

Stunning views!! Big enough that the 12 of us weren't on top of each other. Spacious kitchen that no one was in my way while cooking. Location to grocery stores and restaurants was great. Everyone absolutely loved the house. Thank you for renting it to us. Great memories made during our stay!

Friends from 4 States Gather for Fundraiser

This beautiful home was the perfect location for five couples to share while visiting friends in Bristol and attending a fundraiser for the local community! It was easy to get to the downtown area for sightseeing and Steele Creek Park for morning walks. We enjoyed the amazing views, spending time on the patio and the large kitchen/living area. There was plenty of parking too! We found the host to be welcoming and very responsive throughout the entire booking process and stay. Thank you for opening up your home to us, we are all parents/grandparents and could feel the love for family in your home!

Family Fun at Ridgeview

The house was perfect for our needs. It was in a great location with a beautiful view and near our son's home, which was not able to accommodate our large group. The adults enjoyed plenty of room to visit and play games. The children enjoyed the playroom and trampoline (the play structure in the description must have been removed, but they had plenty to do even on a rainy day while we were there). We would have enjoyed sitting outside on the lovely patio areas but unfortunately rain had made everything wet. Bethany was a wonderful, responsive host; and the fact that it was their family's home made it extra comfortable and welcoming.

Amazing views all around!!

The entire booking process was simple! We had a wonderful time in this home! The little touches made us feel welcome from start to finish! BUT the most wonderful part of the home was waking up to the view of the sunrise from the master bathroom window, to the view of the sunset from the front porch, to the awesome view of the twinkling city lights below from the back patio!! Pictures don’t do it justice! There was plenty of space for our large family!! The home is child friendly. They even had toys for our littles to enjoy! This home has it all!! You can feel the love within the home from the moment you walk through the door! We are ready to return!!

Bristol Getaway

We are a group of friends who frequently visit the mountains to enjoy riding motorcycles along with companionship. We have found renting homes much like this one provides us the best opportunity to enjoy both. This house was comfortable, spacious providing ample space for gathering inside and outside. Christmas in Bristol

Perfect 9 days. Bethany always replied to my texts within an hour. All the pictures and descriptions for the house are honest and true. We had 11 people for two days and the house provided plenty of space. We grilled outside and found kitchen to be well stocked. Beds are very comfortable and having 5 bathrooms was a luxury. The master bathroom even has a sauna. The views from the windows were stunning. Lovely sunsets, snow and seeing Bristol from above. Their front yard provided room for our dogs, trampoline fun and rolls in the snow. Easy drive into house and local sites very close. Their house is welcoming and full of love. We felt at home and were able to create special memories. You’ll not find kinder or more likable owners. Also, we left a Christmas gift behind and it was mailed back to us. Bristol has much to offer and this home provides every comfort you need.

Immaculate home and absolutely gorgeous views

First road trip with our family and could have not asked for a better rental! The home sits on top of a hill and has a private driveway. It is secluded and with beautiful views! Our family felt right at home. We enjoyed the back patio for roasting s’mores in the fire pit. Enjoyed breakfast outside as well with the view of the sunrise. Our kids from 3-16 yrs old enjoyed the amenities such as the trampoline, swing and games all included in the home. Bethany was absolutely helpful and offered great hospitality Highly recommend!

We had so much fun spent a very nice time with the family at the lake and grilling. Also went to Doe River Gorge loved that place. There is a very nice river there were you can enjoy horse back riding and a train ride.

A perfect fit

Great spot for a group visit to Bristol!

I stayed with a group of friends at Bethany's property in Bristol and had a great time. Our large group fit comfortably in the house with plenty of beds and bathrooms, and there were also nice places to spend time. The back deck was beautiful and you had amazing views from the house! It felt totally isolated but was very close to downtown. We stayed for a wedding in downtown Bristol and could easily take Lyfts/Ubers to the places we needed to go, or drive there very easily!

Great for families

Our family descended on Bristol for memorial day weekend. The house was perfect for the kids -- they had a blast on the playset. And the location was close to downtown Bristol and Steele Creek park. Highly recommended!

We love entertaining, hanging out, random dance parties with adults and/or kids, mostly having a good time! We believe in Jesus and hope our story of walking out our faith in daily living inspires & encourages others. We love life, love our family & friends, and love to cook! We work hard and play hard! We are high school sweethearts from Bristol and have grown to love this place… we did try to escape to Atlanta for a while, but were drawn back to the hills of Tennessee & Virginia.

We hope you enjoy our home!

This house offers a great deal of options! Whether a family trying to hang out or a group of friends- there is plenty of space to join together and also have your own private space.

We are central to LOTS of local & regional activities! Skiing, hiking, lake, mountains, Creeper Trail, rafting, museums, restaurants/bars, theatres, shopping, & more all surround this beautiful area!

We fell in-love with this house because of the spacious layout of the home and the amazing views- seeing God's beauty in all that is around us! The sunrises and sunsets are just gorgeous! My favorite is when there is still fog settling amongst the outlining mountains with the sun piercing through the clouds.

What makes this property unique

If needed, we can offer just about any "baby/toddler/child" needs our guests may need- cribs, pack-n-plays, booster chairs, movies, toys, etc. We have it all!
