The 10 story Palms Condo complex is located on the quiet north end of Jaco beach. You can walk the 15 minutes to the center of town where you will find numerous shops, great restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, and banks. You can also grab a cab/uber into town for about $3-5. No additional booking fees or resort fees!

Our unit is on the 5th floor so it is situated perfectly above the palm trees so that you can appreciate both the beach and endless ocean view. The unit has been updated, updates include a new kitchen and bathrooms. We have an oceanfront pool with lounge chairs and as Palms guests you will have full access to the resort pool located directly beside the Palms. Through a side gate you can enter the resort next door to take advantage of the huge pool, pool side tables and loungers and pool side drink service. There is also an outdoor restaurant , great coffee shop, and 2 other full service restaurants in addition to the Casino and sports bar.
The living area has an open plan with a comfortable seating. There's a new 55 in flat screen smart TV with patio doors to the balcony.
The newly remodeled kitchen is large enough to entertain guests, or feed the entire family with full size stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher), an assortment of dishes, and large breakfast bar with seating, and lots of counter space. There is a fridge, dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker and microwave, outdoor electric grill.
After a full days of activities or lounging at the beach you will be sure to get a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. The large master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite bathroom, smartTV and sliding doors for direct access to the balcony. The large second bedroom comes furnished with a king sized bed that can split into 2 twin beds. Just let us know which configuration works better for you and we will have it set up when you arrive. There's also a TV in this bedroom. An airbed is available for 2 additional smaller guests.
Jaco is only a 90 min drive from the San Jose airport. You could rent a car if you would like to have one for your stay (but we highly recommend a shuttle from the airport) You can always rent a car locally if you'd like to do some exploring on your own. We have free secure gated parking in front of the condo which is first come, first served, priority given to handicap. There is an overflow parking across and down the road. However a car is not necessary and most of the tour operators will come and pick you up at the front door!
There is in-unit laundry with a full-size washer/dryer. With all of the comfort and amenities of home this condo is the perfect place for your Jaco vacation. Whether you are here to surf, swim, fish, explore or just simply relax, this is the perfect location. There are too many activities to mention but some of them include surfing, ATV rides to the waterfalls, Zip-lining, and golf or fishing at the nearby world famous Los Suenos Resort and Marina.
