A swim a day gives you health and happiness! Come and practice your stroke and absorb all the Vitamin D you can. Get your new tan in the fantastic swimming pool of this condominium.
The natural light and superb views over Funchal make this apartment a real belvedere, where comfort is combined with good taste in decoration.
This property is located very close to the city center, in a quiet and sunny building. With three bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six people and has everything you need. If you want to rent a car, there's a space in the building's indoor garage.
This apartment is equipped with a tablet with internet access, where you can see all the useful information about the property and activities on the island of Madeira.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW
Situated in one of the most prestigious areas of Funchal, this flat is close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, bars, theatres and the Casino of Madeira.
Next to the Casino you will find the lovely Santa Catarina Park, with large green areas for jogging, relaxing or picnicking overlooking the amazing bay of Funchal.
The location is ideal for exploring the city by foot (reaching within ten minutes walk the cathedral, the marina and the city centre) or by public transport (bus stop is within two minutes walk).

GETTING AROUND
Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within five minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get there. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport!

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card).
- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. In case the check-in is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours prior arrival, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide a crib, a baby high chair and a baby bathtub if needed. First aid kit, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are available in all properties.

Wonderful view, great location, and large space!

We used the huge kitchen and the terrace a lot. The bedrooms were a decent size, so we were very pleased with the apartment. We also loved Madeira!

Perfect Apartment

The apartment was excellent in every respect. Very comfortable and accommodating, and in a perfect location for both the centre of town and local retail outlets and restaurants/bars. Would definitely return to Jasmineiro II for another holiday!

Wonderful Stay in Madeira

Beautiful stay in Madeira. Terrific location and space for our family of four. (two twenty something children). Enjoyed very much and would rent property again on return visit.

I wouldn’t book it again

To be honest, we wouldn’t book it again. The pool was completely dirty and not usable. The shower heads in the bathroom were very old and no longer worked properly. In the kitchen there are ants at the sink and in two kitchen cupboards which is just super disgusting and made sure that we never used the kitchen. In general, the flat looks much fresher in the pictures than it is now. The couch is just worn out and doesn't look very nice anymore. You can definitely find better for the price you pay here M

A nossa estadia foi, no geral, agradável, sobretudo pelas condições do apartamento. O espaço é moderno, bem localizado, espaçoso o suficiente para acomodar confortavelmente seis pessoas, e a piscina foi um dos pontos altos para todos nós. No entanto, sentimos que a experiência ficou comprometida pela forma como fomos recebidos. O anfitrião chegou com 1h45 de atraso, sem demonstrar qualquer humildade ou empatia pela situação. Durante a curta visita guiada ao apartamento, falou de forma apressada e atribuiu constantemente a responsabilidade do atraso ao número elevado de check-ins que teve nesse dia. Compreendemos que possa ter tido um dia agitado, mas como hóspedes, também merecemos respeito pelo nosso tempo, especialmente quando estamos a pagar pelo alojamento. Além disso, foi-nos dito repetidamente que o atraso seria de apenas 20 minutos, o que não se verificou. Em relação ao apartamento, apesar de ser funcional e confortável, encontramos algumas limitações: a quantidade de loiça disponível era mínima (exatamente o número de pessoas), o que nos obrigou a lavá-la constantemente ao longo do dia, resultando num gasto excessivo de água. Só havia um pano de cozinha, o aspirador estava entupido (tivemos de o desentupir para poder usá-lo), e sentimos falta de uma máquina de café, que hoje em dia é quase um básico em qualquer alojamento. Como sugestão construtiva, acreditamos que faria toda a diferença oferecer um pequeno cabaz de boas-vindas com o mínimo essencial — água, chá, café, açúcar, azeite ou até um pacote de massa. No nosso caso, chegámos tarde e sem saber se conseguiríamos jantar, e esse gesto teria sido bastante útil e acolhedor.

Bel appartement

Appartement très bien situé dans la ville, une montée de la rue un peu raide pour ceux qui ont des soucis de jambes mais l’appartement est bien équipé et la piscine très agréable. Un souci de flexible dans la salle de bain qui est à remplacer, nous l’avons signalé à notre arrivée mais personne n’est venue le remplacer. Notre séjour a été très agréable et je recommande la réservation pour les transferts aéroport très ponctuels et agréables. Merci pour l’accueil et nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Brilliant apartment

This apartment was a real joy to stay in. So often rented apartments are a bit off with basic things missing. It really made a difference to a pleasant stay having decent drawers and shelves in the rooms, decent tasteful furnishings and a properly furnished kitchen. Felt like were staying in a proper home rather than a rented holiday apartment. Communication with manager was very good. Everything was clean on arrival and we really appreciated the mid-stay clean. The location is good with restaurants 5 min walk, a lovely park 5-10 min walk and centre of town 15 mins walk. Finally great balcony with view of the sea!

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment, not new but maintained ok. Properly equiped with all small things but necesary, like washing liquid, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, oil+ vinegar or shopping eco bags (no welcome wine thougt;-) Very silent if no summer festival in the Santa Catarina Park that might be an attraction or disadventage depends on your preferences. We liked the music on weekends' nights. Nice balcony to enjoy morning coffee, dining or night glass of wine with a view of mountains, Fortaleza de São João Baptista do Pico, Funchal and the ocean in the right corner ;-) Parking is a huge adition, pivotal if you plan to rent a car. Clean swiming pool, no people! Good location but be prepared for 20-25 min walk to the old town/ fruit market. Shoping mall for serious groceries is a 10-15min walk . Cleaning onece per week. Nice host, who wasn't informed about our earlier arrival but came in 10 min, apologised and arrange cleaning quickly, so we left our stuff and came back in 3 hrs. Thank you and see you soon!

Lovely Location and views

The apartment supplied all you could need for a nice relaxing stay. comfortable beds, swimming pool, lovely views. central location to get to shops, bars, and restaurants. you could go to a burger joint or a plush nouveau cuisine restaurant within walking distance. The why not resaurant at the bottom of the hill were really nice, menu wasn't large. but the food excellent. this apartment, W on level 2 was actually on the ground with no stairs to enter. I would definitely go back there again.

Lovely stay

The property is a non-descript six floor apartment block in a residential area about 15 mins uphill walk from the main Street in Funchal. The apartment is on the ground floor, which is floor 2. Security is very good, gated entry etc. The pool is one floor down which you can access by walking or by lift. The apartment was just the right size for our group of 4 Adults an 2 kids, large enough so as not to be on top of one another, yet not sprawling.The view from the balcony was exceptional. Views of Funchal from the mountains to the sea. The decor was functional, modern and pleasantly neutral. The kitchen was very well equipped. If I were super critical then I would say that the soft seating in the lounge was limited for six and all other chairs became a bit hard when you been sitting for a while e.g. on the balcony or at the table. Surprisingly there is no AC. Not a problem when we traveled, but it could be a problem in hotter months. We spent a lovely week exploring Funchal and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Fabulous flat! Perfect location

We are a family of four two adults and two teenagers 13 and 15. The flight was 2 hours delayed but our transfer was there waiting. The lovely lady who met us filipa was really busy but didn’t keep us waiting. The flat is spotless, the beds comfortable with brilliant white sheets. We had enough space for teenage down time and it’s in a great location. Can’t recommend it highly enough!!!!

Appartement tres agréable ...bien placé dans Funchal...avec place de parking privé et piscine.... 3 chambres dont une parentale...2 salle de bain et 3 toilettes....cuisine équipée....tout est neuf..propre...et une vue de la terrasse extraordinaire..surtout de nuit quand tous est éclairé.....sur qu'on redemandera cette apparemment si nous retournons à Madere....

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and huge! We absolutely loved it The decoration is lovely and modern The cleaning was 5 Stars it was absolutely spotless We made good use of the large swimming pool There are plenty of restaurants near by as well as mini groceries markets Every time I tried to communicate with management they responded promptly and quickly We highly recommend and I would definitely comeback to jasmineiro || again !
