cozy home with one bed in in bedroom

It was a sweet small property but the master bedroom had one big bed not 2 small ones as shown in the listing. if that is what your looking for then this an great choice.

A few hiccups

There were some issues the first night we were there: the water heater want working and I couldn’t take a shower and I really wanted to. I wasn’t on vacation and had to go to work the next day and I ended up warming water of the stove to use to clean and shave my face. The tv didn’t work the first night so podcasts it was for me. The manager and her daughter came by the next day and did everything they could to fix the problems, and by the second evening everything was fixed. It was a cute place to stay and if I were on vacation it would be just fine.

Wonderful stay at a lovely home!

This is my second time staying at this lovely home with my family. It's very comfortable, cozy, and has a great living room and kitchen for hanging out. Highly recommend!

The cottage was clean, kitchen had everything we needed, bed & pillows very comfortable. Allison answered all my questions very quickly, and on the day of check-in sent me a text to ensure we got in the cottage OK. I would rent this cottage again. Thank you Allison for a comfortable, relaxing stay.

Spacious quiet cottage

Large easy living space clean close to where i was spending most of my time . Only wish that the owner could add more TV stations No National sports or national news or sports . Kitchen was great . Washer dryer ! I will book this again

Allison is a great host. She called me as soon as our reservation was confirmed and always called or texted me right back. We rented this for our son and daughter-in-law and their two young children-perfect for them. Plenty of room inside and out for them to run around.

Beautiful and wonderful little house!

I had a wonderful time on my vacation to Boca Raton, largely due to this home. Having a quiet little home to ourselves was fantastic. The house was clean, neat and beautifully decorated. With a large kitchen and dining room/ living room area, we were able to really enjoy our day indoors when it rained during our vacation. The fenced in backyard and great patio set was also really enjoyed- we ate out back in the glorious sunshine. The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. Allison called the first day to make sure we got in ok, give us the wifi password, and ask us if we need anything else. Later on in our visit, we had a small issue, and Allison was extremely accommodating and immediately helped us with what we needed. Thank you! I would be more than happy to be back here again.

Great little cottage.

This is a very nice clean well equipped cottage and the pictures do not do it justice. It has a large modern kitchen and the whole house is light and airy. There is a nice backyard and grill. It is in quiet neighborhood, well located near Spanish River Road and public beach, and Gumbo Limbo Nature Center. and Boca Raton central. The owner, Alison, is fantastic, friendly and available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again!!
