Very good location. Spacious living area. Clean and comfortable. Appreciated dog treat jar!!

See above. Would return to cottage. Some details need attention- broken fridge drawer, difficult back door lock, one or two curtain rings off the track but overall very reasonable condition which matched the description.

Great house in a great location

This is a great house. If anything, it is better than the description. There were 11 of us and there really is room for 5 (average sized) cars. It's location is also great, and you can walk along the river to reach the centre of Bourton.

Loved it!

We all agreed this was the best holiday cottage we had stayed in. Despite the extreme heat the inside was relatively cool and comfortable.

Lovely house and location for a family holiday

The house was a good size for our family of 10, with a good combination of double/twin/single rooms to suit our mixed ages etc. It has an excellent well-equipped kitchen and large dining table enabling us all to eat together. When we arrived, we were relieved to discover that the central heating was very efficient, given that we visited during cold weather. However, we would recommend that the owners stay here occasionally to experience some of the minor niggles and maintenance issues that should be addressed eg a very small waste bin in the kitchen which is inadequate for a party of 10; a bath in the loft room you can't stand up in; a broken toilet seat, an insecure shower riser and nowhere to put toiletry bags in one of the en-suites. The house just needs a bit of TLC to turn it into a super property.

Lovely stay

Really nice stay in excellent house. Ideal location, 10 minute walk from centre of Bourton-on-the-water. Lovely big kitchen/dining area and excellent living room. House is well spaced allowing large groups but also privacy with some en-suites and a 2nd floor. Good utility room and garden was nice even if it was a bit chilly to use it in March. Would definitely stay again.

Pre Christmas stay with family and friends

We had a lovely time in your cottage - surpassed our expectations and have already booked for next year. Thank you so much - and even when we managed to lock ourselves out the service was amazing.

Well proportioned property for large families (12 of us )

Plenty of room for a family to spread out, and well stocked. My only observation was the lack of pantry cupboard space. Great location.

Overall we had a great stay. The location of the property was ideal for walking into the village.

Ideal location for village and surrounding areas. What we had was very good but inside and out would benefit from some tlc. Garden needed some attention and a coat of paint would not go amiss.

Anniversary celebration

We booked the cottage to celebrate our Golden Wedding with the family. The house was perfect for our needs, my only complaint was that a gardener appeared in the garden without ringing the doorbell or letting us know he was coming in which could easily have resulted in my dog getting through the gate to the busy road. The cottage is also in need of redecoration

Excellent weekend away

There were 8 adults and two children in our party and the house was excellent and satisfied all of our needs. The location was spot on a short walk into the village and short drives to adjacent Cotswolds locations We had to contact Sammi the housekeeper a couple of times and she was extremely helpful I fully recommend the company and house and would definitely return

Easter Family break

The Property location was excellent and a short walk from all that Bourton has to offer. We had a great time with our family and the facilities at the property were excellent. The only negative was a few dusty areas inside.

Thanksgiving family get together

The property was great for our requirements with large lounge and large table in kitchen/diner so that all 10 adults could get round for our family meals prepared and cooked in the well appointed kitchen. We had a great time and hopefully will be able to go back next year.

Perfect property for large group

There were 9 adults and the property was just ideal for our needs. A separate snug was lovely for those that wanted to get away from the TV and relax reading a book. Rooms were spacious and the kitchen was superbly stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Fabulous cottage in a fabulous location!

Really enjoyable stay in a fabulous cottage which was spacious (there was 11 of us), immaculate and warm. Very well equipped kitchen, kids loved the snug and games cupboard, as well as the table tennis in the garage! Bourton on the Water has a lot to offer, pubs, cafes, shops and tourist attractions. We had a great time, loved the house, and hope to return!!

Enjoyable stay in the Cotswolds

We enjoyed our stay, great position for walking into Bourton-on-the-Water. Our only issue was the dishwasher which did not clean properly, even after cleaning the filters.

Another great long weekend

We have stayed here before and booked again as has 6 bedrooms and so convenient to walk to Bourton on the Water. Spotlessly clean and really comfortable for myself and my 5 friends. Off road parking for our 4 cars which is great too. Would definitely recommend.
