Esta es una casa de playa impresionante y espaciosa que duerme 10. Este 4BR / 3. 5BA House ofrece mucho espacio para todos. Hay salas de estar en cada piso, así como cubiertas privadas. No te decepcionará.

Esta es una casa que le proporciona un montón de espacio para dormir! Hay un dormitorio principal Rey tamaño, el segundo dormitorio hay una cama de matrimonio. En la tercera habitación te dan una cama doble, así como una cama nido. Una de las dos salas de estar tiene un sofá cama. El tercer dormitorio es el más fresco. Esta habitación es una habitación enorme, ocupando la mayor parte de la tercera planta. Se trata de una sala de juegos, sala de televisión, sala de bar, y por supuesto, tiene 1 litera y una cama doble a un lado. La litera es una cama de matrimonio en la parte inferior y dos en la parte superior.

Hay patios en cada piso. Podrá disfrutar de sentarse fuera tomando el sol comer sus comidas.

Este condominio está ubicado en un exclusivo condominio propiedad dentro de la Villa de South Padre. Esta comunidad tiene su propia piscina climatizada, bañera de hidromasaje y pista de tenis privadas. Es un paseo corto a la playa, a la vuelta de la esquina. El paisajismo es fenomenal. Hay un montón de exuberantes palmeras y flores tropicales a lo largo de esta maravillosa comunidad.

The Rent on Padre property management staff was awesome! The Villas 6401 Fountain Way house was amazing, clean, spacious, comfortable - perfectly matched advertisements. It is three levels, so some stairs exercises for upper two levels. But there is a downstairs master for anyone needing to avoid stairs - my mother has bad knees so she loved being on floor level! There is another master bedroom on second level as well as a big bedroom with large sun-bathing/viewing balcony. This place is a 5-minute walk from a gorgeous SPI (South Padre Island) beach, with freshwater showers for to/from. Also, only 3-minute walk to Villas pool/hot-tub and pickle-ball court. We loved going to beach for a few hours, then rinsing off and heading straight to pool/hot-tub to cool off, heat-relax, and then head back to awesome Villa. Rent on Padre provided a bucket list of recommendations for things to do and places to eat: start with Mahi Nic's and their frozen drinks, coconut shrimp, burgers, BIG fries; and Cafe Karma for great breakfast options. We LOVED this SPI vacation! 5-stars.

The location of the 3 story house is exquisite, a community pool is available, is pet friendly, has a has a nice grass yard for walking your pet. The walk to the beach is only 3 minutes or less. The only down side is the sofa and love seat on the 1st floor isn't very comfortable.

Unfortunately, our experience with this rental was extremely disappointing. I rented this home for my parents’ stay in South Padre Island, expecting a clean and comfortable place based on the listing. Instead, they had to deal with a roach infestation throughout their stay.These were not just one or two bugs that happened to wander inside. There were roaches in the home during the stay, making everyone uncomfortable and constantly worried about bringing them home in their luggage. This is clearly not something that develops overnight or within the few days we were there.After reaching out to the property manager, the only resolution offered was the return of our security deposit. While we appreciate receiving the deposit back, that was money that should have been returned anyway assuming there was no damage to the property. There was no compensation for the inconvenience, stress, or the fact that my parents paid a significant amount to stay in a home with an ongoing pest problem.What was most frustrating was being told that if we had mentioned it during our stay, it would have been addressed. Realistically, a roach infestation cannot be solved while guests are occupying the home, especially when they were traveling with a small dog and pest treatment would not have resolved the issue immediately.We wanted to give the property manager an opportunity to make things right before posting a public review, but unfortunately that did not happen!

Great location

This house is out dated and beaten up a bit 3rd floor wont cool off, overall its a decent place in a great location if you have Family or friends in the area they are not allowed to visit, house has no grill witch is a big deal for us as we like to cook at home and grill out it was our first time to the island I would look more into houses next time make sure amenities fit us but if the restrictions work for you its a good place

SB - Great location!

The location is unbeatable! It is in a gated community with 24/7 security and is walking distance to the beach that also has gated access. There is a pool, and it is walking distance to a couple of restaurants/bars. There is also a lot of space for big groups. Our only thing is that the appliances and furniture need to be updated.

The location was perfect! We loved the neighborhood. Short walk to beach and pool! The home was very big, plenty of room for us to spread out but defiantly needs updating. There was a leak in the garage, we had trouble getting hot water in upstairs showers, and no grill. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Great location and perfect for family vacation

Plenty of room for ten people. Three floors and each floor has its own living room space and balcony. Place was clean, had everything we needed. Neighborhood has a security guard and one that walks around in the evening that we saw. Short walk to the beach. We brought a wagon to carry our chairs etc which was very useful. Recommend!

Lovely 3 story home with the typical area layout, high ceils, tile floors, beach decor. Lots of room for individual privacy and communal spaces, good beds. The only minor things were the wireless not reaching the ground floor kitchen and no grill provided. Lots of stairs. Super convenient to the beach and turtle rescue attractions

Great location, property coincides with price paid.

As others have stated the house is very outdated but has everything you need for an enjoyable stay on SPI. We found it comical that as you went up the stairs the TV's got a little bigger and modern, that said, it would be nice if the TV in the living room on the ground level was a smart TV that has the ability to watch Netflix. I could nitpick a lot of things but you have to keep in mind "you get what you pay for." The price per night for this property is more than fair. I wouldn't say that its a stunning beach house.

Our 2 month stay here was very good. We had a couple of issues early on and they were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Melissa and Billie were wonderful!! Being within easy walking distance to the beach was a huge plus for us as well as being within a nice gated community. The only big disappointment for 2 of us was the pool not being heated. They did have a hot tub. Also I do think the stairs might probably be an issue for some.

The only disappointment was not being able to have any guest in the home besides the ones staying at the location. Only ten bands are given and that includes children. Besides that felt very safe, clean, and very spacious, some rooms could of used blinds to keep sunlight out in the morning. Access to the beach and pool are a short walk away. Would stay there again if it were only one family going.
