Two-storey villa with direct access to the sea in the splendid bay of Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet of Cefalù, inside the "Le Mimose" residence. 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning, mosquito nets and sea view, living room with sofa bed and TV , WI-FI, equipped kitchen, bathroom, patio with barbecue and outdoor shower. Lawn with English garden. Free reserved parking. The villa has direct access to the residence's private rocky beach. Sheets and towels included.
The villa with direct access to the residence's private rocky beach is on two levels and is located in the village of Mazzaforno, an exclusive hamlet of Cefalù, inside the peaceful Residence "Le Mimose".

-For Check-ins after 22:00 there is an extra € 15 per guest.
-Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability.

The villa has every comfort and is perfect for 6 people: on the ground floor there is the living room with TV and double sofa bed, the kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
Upstairs the sleeping area includes two double bedrooms with air conditioners, mosquito nets on the windows and sea view.
The exterior of the villa is decorated with plants, flowers, a soft lawn where you can sunbathe or relax under the big trees in absolute relaxation. there is a large patio with table and chairs for comfortable eating and a barbecue for cooking under the stars and with the sound of the sea. There is also an outdoor shower perfect for cooling off during the day or for rinsing off after a bath. The wifi is present throughout the villa and there are also several deckchairs at your disposal.
It is the perfect solution for guests who love outdoor spaces surrounded by greenery or families with children, where they can spend a pleasant beach holiday in peace.
The villa has a free private reserved parking.
Cefalù center is only a 5-minute drive away.
