This 2200 sf private family residence offers a great base from which to explore Ann Arbor. Perfect for graduation get togethers, football games, or family reunions. Less than a mile to the stadium (12 minute walk) and less than 3 miles to downtown. Our house is close to coffee, shops, grocery stores, and parks and trails, and is easily accessible to freeways.

The first floor consists of a large living room / open space / office, a bright and cozy sun room (pull out sofa), dining room (seats up to 8), kitchen, bedroom (Queen bed), bathroom and large entry room - a great bar / hangout area.

The second floor has two large bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a queen size bed) and a bathroom.

The lower level has a large rec room space with sofa, TV, full bathroom, games and toys, and a double futon.

Enjoy our professionally landscaped backyard with patio and deck - perfect for pre game fun, morning coffee, or just reading and enjoying nature!
