Home was absolutely lovely. Everything we could need was available to us. Lots of space for everyone to relax and work. Appreciated and enjoyed use of the hot tub and sauna.

We had a wonderful stay. Pictures do not do the place justice. The deck area was perfect. It was raining on and off while we were there and the gazebo canopy was a pleasant and much appreciated surprise. David was fantastic at responding when I had any questions. I would definitely stay again!

The property was clean, well supplied with towels, clean linens, dishes, silverware, etc. Deck area for relaxing, but needs to be washed or rinsed since the people before us were smokers. Cigarette ashes all over and butts, not conducive to walking barefoot. Nice size garage. Accomodations were 5 star.

Perfect Fit

Great rental for our family who was in town for a funeral. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We enjoyed a walk to Kerrytown/ Farmer’s market.

Son’s Graduation

Stayed with family for my son’s graduation. The property is great and the process very easy. The pictures online very accurate and the home is immaculate. If comfort and cleanliness are your thing this is the place for you!!!

Multigenerational family trip to U-M

Parents and grandparent of U-M college student in Ann Arbor for a long weekend visit. We stayed at this home previously and will definitely stay again. It is clean and very well provided. The home is as it appears in the photos. The ping pong table is a hit with the college student!

Fabulous condo near downtown Ann Arbor

Pictures accurate; huge master suite with attached bathroom and 3 large guest bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs open plan living room with smart TV, kitchen, dining area & laundry. Finished basement with fun ping pong table. Large smart Vizio TVs. Great kitchen equipment/appliances a cut above most rentals. High ceilings with fans as well as central heat/air, classy modern decor. We have allergies: no issues here! Most importantly the hosts respond immediately to questions. The garage door opener stopped working & was fixed the next day on the Friday of New Year’s weekend. The only issue to mention: this house is near the train station & tracks. You can hear the trains. One night a freight train with a lot of whistles came through at 3 AM & definitely woke me up! Overall, a terrific spacious condo that is a great value. Easy access to the medical center, downtown Ann Arbor and central campus.

Great place to stay in Ann Arbor for a small group

We stayed at this property for a week-long business trip at University of Michigan and it was perfect for the occasion - clean, good location, comfortable, and well-appointed.

Would Recommend

Needed a place to stay close to downtown Ann Arbor for a wedding and this was a wonderful place. Six of us went and we all had our own bedrooms, the house was spacious and clean. David was very responsive when I asked questions. Certainly would stay there again!

Special weekend stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Our host was courteous and communicated all that we needed to know to access the home and have a wonderful stay. The house was beautifully appointed with linens, kitchen supplies and equipment, even games and gorgeous decor throughout I can highly recommend this venue without reservation. Clean, well located, parking - the works. The natural sunlight coming in every window made this a special weekend for an intimate group of our close friends and family. It just felt like home. I hope it doesn't get TOO busy - because we would definitely love to return. Thank you for everything!

Clean and comfortable

This house is just 4 minutes to the U 0f M hospital so my family was able to make it a base for visiting our brother in the ICU. It was clean and spacious and had everything needed. We parked 3 cars with room to spare. The listing doesn't say it is near the train so the noise was a slight factor but not terrible.
