It was great to host Chris & friends in my place. We waited for them by the apartment to hand the keys over and to show the property's amenities, everything went smoothly, we had no problems at all - I'm happy to recommend them. Looking forward to seeing you again in Venice!

Venice is a very quiet city, especially at night — there are no cars, and for this reason, even distant sounds can sometimes seem louder than they actually are. However, please note that nighttime noise or public disturbances are not allowed by local rules, and we always do our best to ensure our guests have a peaceful stay.
