Our elegant home has room for the extended family with 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths. The indoor and outdoor living, theater/family room, plus the comforts of a Gourmet Kitchen with seating for 10 guests at the dining room table as well as a folding table and chairs, also there is a gas fireplace and hot tub to create the ideal package for your Sunriver vacation experience.
The home is 2-story. The kitchen, dining area, living room and 3 King Master Suites are located on the main level. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms. A Queen Suite, a King Family suite with King bed plus 2 bunk sets (1 King and 4 twins total), and a bedroom with 2 twins that share a Jack and Jill Bathroom with the King Family Suite.
The back patio has a private hot tub, comfortable furniture, a gas BBQ, and a view of the golf course.
5 Vine Maple has an amazingly stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare meals.

The home has an attached garage filled with 10 adult bikes, 1 kids bike, a 2 child burley bike trailer and ping pong table (please bring your helmets)
There is a laundry room with double washer/dryers.
A portable crib and portable high chair are in the home for families with small children.

Skylights and cathedral windows give the living area a light and open feel with extensive common area on two sides of the home that provides privacy and openness. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14 guests.

Living Area: The impressive, 2,700 square foot home with the upgraded furnishings has a luxurious feeling. Furnishings include many Dick Idol items and a leather sectional in the living room. The living area features two story cathedral windows, and three rooms have skylights that give the home a light and airy feeling. The living area has a gas fireplace that adds ambiance and warmth in the winter, while the central air conditioning will be appreciated on those warm summer days. There is a 46 inch LCD TV over the gas fireplace and stereo system with CD player and Wi-Fi high speed wireless internet access.

Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen includes granite countertops with breakfast bar (seating for 4), and is open to the dining area with solid mango wood table (seating for 10). From the dining room there is direct access to the patio and gas BBQ. Kitchens are fully supplied with commonly used cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes and silverware. Attention to detail includes fresh coffee beans and a grinder for those who enjoy a cup or two to start the morning.
In the baths you will find a selection of upgraded starter toiletries that includes shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap, as well as a hair dryer.

Deck, Hot Tub & Parking: The large 16 x 24 ft paver patio includes gas barbecue and patio furnishings to enjoy the outdoors. The hot tub is at the back of the home, with privacy screen and additional room for seating and socializing. There is a double carport with additional paved parking area.

14 daily-use passes for the SHARC aquatic and recreation center are included with all bookings.
