Wonderful Home for Families

This house was amazing! It had everything we could want and lots of space for our family of 18 (from ages 5 months to 76 years)! The whole check in process went so smoothly, and our contact Cole was very responsive to every question we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Smartly designed house with plenty of room upstairs for kids to take over and everyone to gather downstairs. Plus your own indoor pool! Add lots of master suites and we have a winner.

Excellent pool, good house

Our 4 generation group of 16 enjoyed our stay at White Elm 33. The pool was a huge hit! Memories made! The kitchen had a few necessities lacking & the house overall seemed to need some TLC. But our guest contact responded promptly to an issue & went beyond what we expected. For that reason we give it 4 stars.

Great family pool cabin!

Loved this place for our huge 16 person family vacation. The pool is the obvious highlight (comfortably warm, with an actually hot hottub) but the whole cabin is more spacious than it appears with high ceilings and wide walkways. We could have easily stayed another week and hope to come back.

5 bedrooms, each with a master suite made this home perfect for our large blended family of grandparents, kids and grandkids. Management was easy to reach and responded quickly to our requests.

The Pool Was A Hit!

We had 4 grandkids (3yrs old - 9) and 8 adults. While the outside of the house offers little to nothing, the inside was phenomenal! The kids were in the pool 3x a day and the adults often used the hot tub. The game room / bunk room was perfect for the grandkids as well. They played pool and foosball regularly (with their own rules, of course) and their uncles played Mario Cart on the large TV with them one night.The location was very convenient for riding bikes to Fort Rock or to the village. We are already in the process of booking for next year!

Early Christmas

A beautiful home that was perfect for all of us! Nice bedrooms, fabulous bathrooms. The kitchen was perfect and easy to prepare meals in. We loved the super large table that all of us could sit at. The game room was a hit with our teenage grand sonsā€¦A perfect place that was close to the village. Hope to stay there again.

Our favorite place in Sunriver

We have made an annual tradition of staying in this home, and we love it! There were some maintenance issues, but the property manager was proactive and so easy to communicate with. This would have been a lower-star review if it hadn't been for how professionally the property manager handled things. We hope to be able to rent this home again in the future!

Above and Beyond Expectations!

Our recent stay here was amazing. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the spaciousness and amenities. Every amenity we could possibly need was there and if it wasn't, the host went above and beyond to ensure it was provided, including a shower chair for our older guests. He ensured had everything we needed showing a level of care and attention that made us feel at home. There were also so many activities that we didn't even turn on the TVs in the house! One of the highlights was the pool, which provided endless fun for the kiddos and the bikes and SHARC passes. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway for large families. We would definitely return.

Great set up

We had a wonderful time. This house was able to accommodate 5 families very comfortably. The kiddos had an amazing time in the pool and hot tub, they even went to the SHARC two of the 4 days we were there for slipping and sliding on the outdoor slides and enjoying the indoor pool there as well. The house was comfortable and had all the kitchen dishes we could ask for. There were many bikes, but bring your own if you have little ones younger than 10 as there weren't many fitting below that size. Our contact was easy to communicate with and even stopped by to swap out some batteries when we requested it. Overall, a great experience and the kids are already planning their return visit!

Above and beyond expectations!

Before we arrived, we were told that the heater in the pool was needing to be replaced and wouldn't be done before our stay. This was upsetting since we were very much looking forward to that amenity. However, the property manager/owners went above and beyond to make this right for us. They provided Sharc passes and made sure everything else was set up and working. The home was beautiful and fit our group or 16 quite comfortably. It was clean and well maintained. The location was wonderful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Excellent stay!

The house was amazing and had everything needed. The layout was great for a big group. There were 13 total adults and we didnā€™t feel cramped at all. There was only 7 bikes and I would suggest bring bikes or renting in the village if more than 7 adults plan to ride at one time. Communication was fast with the property manager. They allowed early check-in and check-out which was great. The Fireplace was not working during our stay which would have been nice since it was cold during the early mornings and evenings.

The perfect place!

Such a gorgeous place, perfect for families with teenagers. Our teens loved the upstairs game room as well as the indoor pool. Nice to let them have their space and the adults enjoyed the main living room area. High ceilings in the main living room gave such a nice open feeling. A great location - teens loved riding the provided bikes all around the neighborhood and to The Village shopping area. We will definitely return to this property! Property very clean. Sheets are professionally washed off site. šŸ‘šŸ‘

Great Place for an Active, Large Group

This property is wonderful! There were 13 of us with an occasional guest so we needed space and we found it. This two story home has five bedrooms plus additional sleeping in bunk beds for kids; each bedroom had its own bath with more powder rooms elsewhere. There were plenty of sheets, pillows and blankets. Beds were comfy.The home itself is well taken care of, but it's not brand new. There is a well equipped kitchen, double oven, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, two refrigrators, dishwasher, and plenty of space to store food. There is also a good size washer and dryer.For indoor activities, there is a ping pong table, pool table, games closet, and a clean, well-maintained indoor pool and jacuzzi. The garage held a dozen or so two-wheel bikes, including a couple smaller ones for little kids. The bike paths in the area are terrific for walking or biking. Also, many attractions, such as the High Desert Museum, are about 30 minutes away by car. I would say the only drawback is that while there are some outdoor tables and chairs, there really isn't a good area to sit outside and gab although one could move chairs to the driveway, if desired.

Great home for groups! Perfect for winter getaway.

This house has 5 ensuites and a 6th sleeping area with adjacent bathroom. We had a group of 15 and this was a perfect home for that reason. There were so many excellent kid friendly amenities - pool table, foosball, bunk beds, and the indoor pool were amazing. The open concept living room was great for gathering, cooking as a group and hanging out while the kids played pool and hung out upstairs. The house itself is situated near the walking trails but right on the main road. There was little to no traffic so we didnā€™t have road noise issues but I could see this being an issue in summer. There was also little to no outdoor area (because of the indoor pool). I think this is totally great for winter but for summer it would be difficult. Overall this house is an excellent value for the age/condition, size and amenities!
