Compact apartment which fitted our needs perfectly...marvellous town and Beaches and good Saturday market opp. Bus Station. Would definitely go back!!

An enjoyable short break in Santa Pola

Property was as described, clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. A good set of video instructions were sent to us before arriving, so we could easily locate and access the property. Santa Pola is a lovely place and was not overly busy over the Whitsun break. We enjoyed the local beaches, restaurants, bars and the castle with a museum. It was easy to pick up a taxi from the airport to the apartment for under £25. We used a local taxi service for the return to the aiport and prebooked via whatsapp.

Tranquility

It was a very agreeable vacation in a modern apartment.Everything was as advertised,clean and tidy.However,I missed some utilities in the kitchen,but we managed to cook our meals. Mr Alonso was a very friendly man and if we had any problems,he sure could helped us. The view from the balcony was outstanding.We will meet again.

Disappointing and poor security

Arrived a rundown looking block. Lots of steps. Only air con in lounge/kitchen it was 38 outside so very hot in the bedroom especially with polyester sheets. Said pool and spa there wasn’t. Said parking but owner said they keep the spaces July & August for themselves. We arrived end of June but still couldn’t park there. Felt unsafe as patio doors didn’t lock (owner was told this in March 2023!!) but did nothing. Neighbouring flats could easily climb over and enter flat. We ended upLeaving and not even staying . Very disappointing and not cheap!!! Would not recommend

Hi sorry that you stay was not positive, but I never advertised there is a pool and a spa, also there is no parking in the appartment. Air conditioning is working properly. Normally I don’t write any review but I want to mention to aware the owners of appartments for your future reservations is that you blackmail me by WhatsApp asking for a full refund because there was no pool or spa and I didn’t accept.

Not as expected

In our opinion this apartment is fine for a short stay but not suitable for a long winter stay. The lack of curtains and rugs anywhere meant, despite the wall-mounted heater in the lounge, it was often cold in the apartment, especially as there were no shutters over the patio doors, which would have at least made the place warmer in the evenings. The doors didn't lock properly and so there was a security issue, although the apartment is on the second floor (no lift). The north facing bedroom was very cold and had no form of heating. The wardrobe space was very limited due to storage of items already in there. The bathroom was fairly new and in good condition. Victor the owner was very helpful during the booking procedure and at our request provided UK TV for our two month stay in January and February. The south-facing balcony was very sunny and the position of the apartment was perfect with no need for a car; 2 mins walk to seafront, 5 mins from the supermarket and 15 mins from the town centre. Overall the price was very reasonable. We enjoyed our stay in Santa Pola but wouldn't book this apartment again for the winter.

Eine gute Unterkunft

Wir waren eine Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in sehr guter Lage und hat alles, was man zum Leben braucht. Das einzige, was negativ war, war die nicht ordentlich funktionierende Waschmaschine. Unsere Kleidung war dreckiger, als davor und klatschnass. Wir haben dennoch unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

Un agréable séjour.

Le logement est confortable, bien équipé avec une vue sur la mer du balcon des plus agréables. Nous avons bien aimé Santa Pola qui, bien qu'étant une ville touristique est aussi un endroit avec une population permanente dynamique.

Un apartamento sin muchas pretensiones

Necesitaría una reforma por lo menos de lo más básico. Tiene dos persianas una no funciona y la otra funciona mal. Las puertas que dan a la terraza siempre quedan abiertas no cierran. La tarima flotante está muy deteriorada y no está colocada sobre una base firme con lo cual al pisar hace ruido. Tiene un sofá y una mecedora la mecedora sería de agradecer que limpiaran el tapizado. La ducha por mucha precaución que tengas siempre te sale el agua por fuera. El dormitorio es muy estrecho tiene una cama de 135 y a cada lado de esta no tiene más de 25 centímetros con lo cual es un poco justo. El armario de la habitación necesita una remodelación, la ropa de cama y las toallas están mezcladas con las almohadas la funda nórdica un poco revuelto todo. El apartamento tiene dos puertas una metálica por lado de fuera y una de madera en el lado de dentro la interior es bastante complicado abrirla porque tropieza la llave en el marco de la puerta de fuera. También comentar que el vecino pone a la televisión altísima y eso tiene difícil solución.

Belle appartement, belle vue,regrettable l’absence du volet roulant de la grande baie…

Prix pouvant correspondre au critères, à préciser les 32 marches, (il ne faut pas de problème de genoux ou autre a la marche) le plus regrettable l’inconfort de manque de volet roulant de la pièce principale donnant de la luminosité la nuit du aux réverbères et la levée du jour et manque d’intimité !!! Un prix à revoir…
