Property has an extremely convenient location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The condo itself is relatively small for a two bedroom, but it has the necessary amenities and is part of a nice condo building. We've skied any many areas, and this location might be the most convenient place we've stayed. It is so close to the mountain, ski rental, bus stop, restaurants and more, that we never had to use our car once we parked it in the property's covered garage. The closeness and convenience to Vail's free bus service cannot be overstated. It's the best way to get all around Vail quickly.

Cancellation Policies:
Winter (November-April): Cancellations received more than 61 days are refundable less $75, between 60 and 31 days prior to arrival date are subject to deposit of two nights rent including taxes and fees. Cancellations 30 days or less prior to arrival are subject to full forfeiture of the reservation total.
Summer (May-October): If the reservation is cancelled 8 or more days prior to the arrival date, any payments received will receive a refund less a $50 handling charge. 7 days prior to arrival the reservation becomes non-refundable.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
