The apartment itself was in a very good location and was well equipped as described in the advert. The stay was very pleasant, even with two rainy days. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach the landlord using the number provided in the confirmation. Even when I reported minor water damage during the rain using the number provided in the accommodation, there was no response. So the landlord was unreachable. Then the dining table stuck to the outer wooden frame even after cleaning with washing-up liquid. That was very unpleasant and only got better when the adhesive layer was removed with a kind of spatula. The rubber in the washing machine urgently needs to be replaced, as it is already black on the inside. So before the first wash, I wiped it down with damp cleaning cloths. The bathroom was very large, the water had a lot of pressure and was hot! The beds were comfortable and even electronically adjustable. All in all, a pleasant stay with small improvements.

Good value accommodation in a great location.
Good value accommodation in a great location. Plenty of space for our family of four. Garden area was a bonus. Only a two minute drive / 20 minute walk to the beach at Porth Towan. Would definitely stay again.

We did enjoy the holiday very much, and found the cottage very clean, spacious and well appointed.
We did enjoy the holiday very much, and found the cottage very clean, spacious and well appointed. We experienced a couple of glitches which could not have been foreseen - smoke alarm battery needing changed and beeping, and a leak in the toilet requiring a new loo. These were dealt with swiftly and efficiently, by charming people who went out of their way to minimise disruption to our holiday.
The farmer next door gifted us fresh eggs, and the cottage owner gave us a generous refund for the disruption which we very much appreciated.
We will certainly go back!
