This cosy rural retreat is perfect for couples, with wood-burning stove and beams, close to Betws-y-Coed and enjoying free use of local leisure centre.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet

First Floor:

Living/dining room: Freeview TV, DVD Player, CD Player, Woodburner

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge. Biomass central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. Travel cot, cot and highchair available on request. External utility room with washing machine (shared). Patio with furniture and BBQ. 100-acre farm trail (shared). Ample private parking. Bike store. No smoking.. Set in the Snowdonia National Park, just 4 miles from Betws-y-Coed, this attractive stone barn has been sensitively converted to retain plenty of original character. Enjoying its own patio, it stands opposite the owner’s farmhouse on a working farm, where visitors are free to wander the delightful farm trail on this nature friendly working farm. Guests also enjoy free use of a nearby leisure centre at Betws y Coed with pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and multi-gym.

Really perfect for a couple .

Really perfect for a couple .. very comfortable cottage in beautiful surroundings near to many lovely walks in Snowdonia. Dog friendly farm. Cosy cottage with log burner, Would highly recommend for romantic break and days out walking, near by Betws - y-Coed (5 mins in car) great for essentials and great restaurants and pubs. The owners Tom and Sarah were great

Quite a rustic cottage perfect for 2 people.

Quite a rustic cottage perfect for 2 people. The location is secluded enough to give you peace and quiet but minutes away from Betws-y-Coed with numerous shops and dog friendly pubs / cafes. The cottage has everything you need and the furniture is comfortable after a long day exploring the great outdoors. The layout is unusual with the bedroom and bathroom being downstairs but it does mean the bedroom stays cool during hot days. There is also enough room for a king size bed. This is located on a farm so you do get the sounds of the sheep and there is a donkey that announces his presence daily. The owners are available if needed but not intrusive but we did get daily visits from their small dog who came to say hello before returning home.

A lovely cosy little cottage, clean and tidy with everything we needed. Hosts were lovely. Area was amazing with beautiful scenery and plenty of places to visit.

Our plan was to visit castles, the location was perfect. Busy days and gentle evening walks. Cottage extremely comfortable with quiet private sitting area. Only a short drive to Betwsy- Coad for complimentary swim/ sauna. It's an attractive small town, very popular.

Lovely cosy cottage with new central heating and log burner. Yes we did need them in June! Brilliantly well-equipped, only had to buy food. Seating area outside which was a real suntrap. We would definitely go again.
