There is a deep pond and some steep drops of over 1 metre in the garden. Dogs welcome, other pets approved by owner prior to booking.. This semi-detached property, which is adjacent to the owner’s home, provides a super elevated setting; offering far reaching views across to the River Severn. Bordering the Lypiatt countryside, where many walks can be enjoyed across the Stroud Valley. Yet less than a mile away is the bohemian town of Stroud, with its award winning farmers market selling a great variety of local produce. Centrally located many towns and villages are within a 25 mile radius, including Roman Cirencester, historic Bath, Royal Tetbury, famous for racing and festivals, Cheltenham and Gloucester with its magnificent Cathedral. The area is abundant with National Trust properties and other attractions such as Berkeley Castle and Slimbridge Wetland Centre. The stunning honey coloured North Cotswold villages including Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Campden are just an hours drive. Shop ½ mile.

Three Ways is a very pleasant, spacious property.

Three Ways is a very pleasant, spacious property. It is generously well equipped and spotlessly clean. Perfect property for two couples sharing with effectively two sitting rooms! The only thing we would change is the sloping roof on one side when getting out of bed in the second bedroom. The Owner is a friendly, helpful, kind person. The shared garden is lovely. A great location to explore Stroud, Cirencester and the South Cotswolds.

We had a wonderful stay here in this lovely property. Portia and her family were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was first class with everything you could possibly need provided, very comfortable with glorious views over the countryside. There was free access to the gardens which were well cared for and very inviting. The information book was full of detail and ideas, very useful. We found lots of lovely places to visit and eat, many more than we had time to do. Stroud farmers market was great, a lovely town too. The artwork and glasswork decorating the property were amazing, I would have loved to buy and bring some home! Will be recommending to family and friends.Thank you!

Fabulous stay in Stroud

We booked this place over Christmas as a group of 4 adults and loved it. The house was spacious and comfortable. We cooked a full Christmas dinner in the kitchen and was pleasantly surprised at the amount of cooking utensils, trays etc there was - just like cooking at home. The house was decorated with Christmas trees and other decorations which was a very special touch. Portia was fabulous and kindly let us know the property would be ready before the usual check in time which was greatly appreciated. Cannot recommend this stay highly enough.
