Imagine awakening and enjoying your morning cup of coffee in a cozy seaside retreat beneath the shady oaks and just steps from the beautiful beaches of Amelia Island. This charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom private patio home situated at 5027 Summer Beach Village offers the perfect tranquil setting for your vacation getaway.

Walking through the front door and into the great room, you will immediately feel at home with the coastal color palette of beautiful blues and soft neutrals that this home offers. This tastefully decorated home with its coastal furniture, beautiful white plantation shutters, and beach themed wall art and accessories immediately gives you that by-the-sea feel! The great room features vaulted ceilings, light gray washed flooring, a plush white slipcover sectional, and a flat screen television. The kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, bar stool seating, and a table for 6 overlooks the great room. Through the glass sliders off of the kitchen sits the screened in veranda with a comfy wicker sofa and chairs perfect for kicking back and diving into a good read.

Just down the hall lies the first bedroom with colorful bedding and accessories, a queen bed, and a television. Going further you will find another bedroom with a flat screen television and two twin beds decorated in hot pink, which makes for an ideal kids room. A full bath is conveniently located in the hall for guests in both bedrooms to use. On the other side is the master suite with luxurious white bedding, a king sized bed, an adjoining bath and vanity area, a reading chair, and a large flat screen television. At the end of the hall sits the garage, which offers ample space for storing beach chairs, bicycles, and beach toys or surfboards. A charcoal and gas grill is provided for guest use as well!

A quick 5-minute walk will take you directly to the water's edge and sandy beaches of the gorgeous Florida coastline. The nearby pool is just a short distance from the home and is the perfect place to catch some rays or relax in the shade from the magnificent oaks while the kids splash around in the pool. The Summer Beach Village community is also just a short walk or drive away from the Ritz Carlton where guests have access to all of the Ritz's restaurants, shops, and spa.

Cozy home, great location

We loved staying at the cottage. Very clean, easy access to the beach, pool, and downtown. Also, the beaches were very nice and not crowded at all. Highly recommend this stay!

Wonderful vacation

We had a great vacation at this property. It is comfortable and well stocked. Having the bikes was a plus! It is in a lovely neighborhood, with easy access to the beach and the pool. Very relaxing.

Lovely Christmas Getaway

This house was adorable, just like the photos. Quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all of Amelia Island. We cooked together in the well-appointed kitchen, played games and relaxed in the comfy living room. Everything was great!

Dreamy Week at the Beach!

The property was perfection. The walk to the beach was easy, the neighborhood was gorgeous and perfect for walks. The house had everything we needed including a grill and was so cozy. The location was great, very close drive to downtown but felt secluded and quiet. The rental company was so responsive and easy to work with. Would happily book this property again!

Fantastic Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and well appointed, and you simply cannot beat the location for the money, it is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. The pool was halfway between the house and the beach, and we loved swimming in the afternoons. The property is convenient to a grocery store and several really good restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous Family Vacation

We had a great experience at this property, everything was as expected and we had a relaxing vacation. There was a small maintenance issue with the HVAC while we were there but the response time of the rental agency was prompt and the problem was fixed by the early afternoon. Overall I would not only recommend it but also stay at this house again.

Exactly as advertised

This home is exactly as advertised. It’s nicely decorated and well stocked for all your needs. The screened in porch is very private and enjoyable to sit out. The best part is it’s a 5 minute walk to the beach and 2.minute walk to the pool. We will stay again in the future!

Perfect for us.

We spent a fantastic week here, and it was just what we needed. Easy for social distancing, close to the grocery store, and as this stretch of beach has private access and is between public access points--it's very quiet. The community pool was great as well, and was clean and nice. The house itself was very clean and well maintained. We will absolutely book here again, in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We spent 7 weeks at this comfortable house in a very nice neighborhood. The kitchen had everything needed, beds were comfortable, and it was a short walk to the beach. Summer Smith was very accommodating to any of our requests. Fernandina Beach village was very quaint with some really good restaurants. Our favorite place was Fort Clinch State Park. We found awesome sharks teeth and shells.

Nice property but confusion about parking a second vehicle.

Great stay, again

This was our second visit to this property and once again it was a fantastic experience. Very clean interior with new appliances. The property manager checked in during our stay, just to make sure things were going smoothly. The neighborhood is very quiet—we’ve stayed at other houses along the same street many times in the past and always enjoyed Summer Beach. I expect we’ll choose this property again, very soon. Beach Trip

Lovely gated community with pool. Quick walk to the beach through the neighborhood. Quiet and well appointed. Cold AC. Ice maker was a plus. A short and scenic ride to stores and restaurants. The beach was extremely clean, not crowded, and everyone was pleasant. Great for families! Chairs and umbrella was set up from Riptide for a fee and definitely worth it for us. Excellent communication with AIG the property manager. Prompt, responsive, and helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice place, great location

The house was very nice and comfortable with a lot of extras like a movie collection, board games, etc. We had fun and are thankful to the owners. My only criticism would be that the management company could do a better job of stocking some extra disposables. For example, there was one trash bag in the bin but no extras, no hand soaps in the bathrooms, one single dishwasher pod. For a stay of 4-5 days you end up having a buy a lot of small things when you get there.
