Newly remodeled 3 bedroom cottage on Little Sodus Bay. New kitchen, bath, appliances, floors, all. All linens and towels included. Toaster, blender, ect.
Screened porch, deck, permanent dock for mooring and bay front seating. Spectacular views of the bay, Lake Ontario, and the bluffs. Minutes from the village center, State parks, hiking, biking, wineries. A quiet slice of heaven. No pets, no smoking.

The cottage itself was excellent. We missed being able to lie down and relax outside, there is cero level place on the lawn! It was difficult to enter the water from the dock: ladder too short! (a neighbor let us use his!) No furniture outside except four plastic upright chairs! I would not rent this place again!
