Questa bella casa cittadina al secondo piano ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi come un vero locale della Savana. Questo incredibile casa soddisfare le esigenze degli ospiti 4 fortunato. Potrai godere dell'accesso frontale al Forsyth Park, il parco più grande di Savannah e luogo popolare per matrimoni, musica e festival gastronomici.

Goditi un po 'di "me time" rannicchiato sul divano con un buon libro o recuperando i tuoi programmi preferiti. Il soggiorno è dotato di un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile, una TV a schermo piatto da 37 "e un lettore DVD, oltre a una libreria bonus di DVD per il vostro divertimento. Very good information shared & things were in great shape.Kitchen could have benefited from more plates & utensils (tongs, & pizza cutter & food storage containers). We were staying a month, so cooked home several times a week.Also , there were plenty of bath towels but would have liked more hand towels

Good location. Beautiful Forsyth park across the street. We were on the second floor. I don’t believe the listing mentioned the twenty stairs to tote luggage up to the apartment. Not handicap assessable or for those with mobility issues. Rental was very clean. Kitchen is bare minimum, but we didn’t cook any meals. Lawn chairs for the park and beach towels are in the closet in the bedroom. We only received one hand towel and three washcloths for a three night stay. We had to wash them ourselves. We found the bed to be very hard and uncomfortable, but the king size was nice.

This is a perfect location for a couple’s Savannah getaway. We were able to walk the town easily. The view of Forsythe Park from the bedroom is beautiful. Parking is not reserved, but we had no issue finding a spot close to the condo.We will definitely try to book this property when we return to Savannah in the future.

Best place in Savannah ...!!!

This was a great location, fantastic neighborhood, clean accommodations, easy check in and out processes, close to so much, free off street parking, right across from beautiful Forsyth Park, wonderful farmers market on Saturdays during the summer...what more can I say other than we WILL be back!!

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in several of the Delia Row properties and we have always been very pleased with the location, cleanliness and overall environment of our stay. This time in particular, we were very appreciative of the empathy of Lucky Savannah when we needed to stay an extra day due to an emergent situation. They were very helpful and we did not have to worry at all about where we were going to spend the night when we had other more important things to be worrying about. We have always experienced excellent customer service with this company but this went above and beyond. They have acquired a customer for life!

Great Location for Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for a kids free weekend. It was a great location, loved being able to walk to coffee or brunch in the park.

Everything was clean and nice unfortunately though the kitchen was not well equipped with one older pan very few dishes no tongs in the tool drawer. The owner was very responsive when the air conditioning was not working properly and came and fixed it. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood location was fabulous.

We love the location and the property, this is actually the second year in a row we’ve visited Savannah and have stayed in the same building both times. If you are visiting Savannah you really have to look no further for accommodations

Our stay was perfect! I absolutely loved the apartment, it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and the perfect size. It is just across the street from Forsyth Park. We could walk almost every where we wanted to go, anyplace else was short drive.

Perfect rental in the perfect location

This property is everything you could possibly want when it comes to being near Forsyth Park and taking in the historic district. Light and bright with wonderful sized rooms and high ceilings modern conveniences no detail left out. If I had to get really picky about this particular rental, I would say the pollen buildup on the windows in the bay as well as the broken seals make it really difficult to get the best view possible of the park And the cracked tiles in the bathroom. Don't seem to be on par with the rest of the rental in terms of quality. Will definitely be back. This was an awesome experience and a perfect place.

Spacious Apartment in the Perfect Location

We enjoyed our 3 night stay over in this property. We arrived early and were invited to check in once the unit was ready. The location is perfect for visiting the historic district including all the squares and churches! Located right on Forsyth Park many restaurants were within easy walking distance and on street parking was not difficult to find. Easy checking/out with coded locks.

It was just what we needed.The only thing I saw was that the area rugs need to be picked up and vacuum under them. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We especially enjoyed the park and morning walks to the coffee shops near by. All on all it was a great stay.

Peaceful stay by the Park

The setting is excellent and very convenient. In-unit kitchen/laundry was very convenient. Spotlessly clean, well set up residence. The park had a weekend market (depends on time of year most likely) and walking from here to downtown through the historic squares was wonderful. Parking was not a challenge at all, just pay attention to the street signs! Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful long weekend in beautiful Savannah

We were very pleased with this property. It was easy to find and access. It was clean and comfortable. We loved that it overlooks Forsyth Park! There are 2 grocery/markets nearby. The DOT bus runs along Whitaker, so easy to catch it and get to the river area. We plan to come back!!
