Early check in and late check out need to be arranged with the resort directly after you've received your confirmation number. All requests will be noted but cannot be promised.

Rooms are assigned at check in, requests can be made when you arrive. We cannot promise a certain room location but all rooms are as described and shown in the photos.

ADDITIONAL COSTS: $17 per day resort fee due at check in.

Resort Fee includes swimming pools, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room, fitness center, basketball court, loan of sleds in winter, bike storage, luggage storage, game room access (foosball and pingpong), outdoor playground, concierge services, movie nights, and boarding pass printing.

- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted and strictly enforced with the exception of Service Animals.

FRONT DESK AVAILABLE FROM 8AM-11PM LOCAL TIME, NO LATE CHECK INS, PLEASE MAKE ARRANGEMENTS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.

ONLY THE NAME ON THE RESERVATION WILL BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN. ANY ADDITIONAL NAMES NEED TO BE ADDED AT THE TIME OF YOUR BOOKING REQUEST, NOT LAST MINUTE ON THE DAY OF CHECK IN.

The Welcome Center will send a detailed arrival letter to you via email with check in instructions, late arrival info, everything you will need once you make your final payment on your reservation. If you have paid in full for your reservation, a detailed arrival letter will be sent as soon as possible.
