About this property

Giant Steps Ski In Ski Out - Remodeled - Sleeps 8

If this unit is not the very nicest in Giant Steps, it has to be near the top of the list. This unit was completely remodeled with completion in January 2014. This remodel included new lighting, flooring, cabinets, doors, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and walk in tile showers in both the master and guest bathroom.

This unit has it's own dedicated wireless access to the internet so you don't have issues accessing the internet through the shared complex router.

This unit has been furnished with a new pillow top queen mattress in the master bedroom and all new linens and towels. It has a new leather sofa sleeper and leather love seat. There is a new 50' Smart TV in the family room and a new 39' flat screen in the master bedroom. It has a new dining room set and is equipped with everything you will need in the kitchen to make your stay enjoyable.

We had a great stay at this condo at Giant Steps. The first-floor access made everything super easy, especially unloading gear and getting in and out quickly. The underground parking was a huge bonus—it kept our EV protected and helped preserve the battery in the cold, which we really appreciated.The location truly can’t be beat—it’s a genuine ski-in/ski-out setup, making it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes without any hassle. The condo itself has been nicely renovated. I enjoyed the proximity to bristle cone park, it helped to entertain my kid after the slopes closed.Overall, this was a perfect spot for a stress-free ski trip. The condo clubhouse has a pool table, ping pong, Pac-Man, sauna, hot tub, and laundry machines. bring quarters.

We had a good stay overall. The condo was comfortable and surface clean. Beds were comfortable and having garage parking was really nice! We had 4 adults, and plenty of space, though I wouldn't personally want to max it out at the 8 guests it advertises. The location is a big plus, ski out access was convenient, though ski-in was a bit more challenging. One small improvement would be allowing guests access to the hall storage closet for skis and gear. Snow conditions weren't ideal during our stay, but of course that's no reflection on the condo. We would stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We are the Hancocks and we own two Giant Steps units as a family. We are originally from Ogden, UT. Diane currently splits time between Gilbert, AZ and Ogden, UT. Troy and Shelley and all their kids live in Gilbert, AZ. Curt and Marilyn and their kids live in Ogden, UT.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to find a central meeting place where we could come together as a family. After having our first full family vacation in Brian Head 3 years ago, we loved it so much that we came back up a month later to find a place we could own. During our first visit, we stayed further up the mountain in a beautiful home, but wanted to have something closer to the ski hill. We love our ski in ski out condos!!

For us, Brian Head is about coming together as a family and having fun in what we consider to be some of the most beautiful country anywhere.

What makes this property unique

When we bought our units, they were both old and outdated, but we knew that we could make them our own. We tore everything out, all the way down to the studs.

We believe that we are able to offer finest properties in Giant Steps for an amazing rate. We believe you will agree.
