We are the Hancock's and we own two Giant Steps units as a family. We are originally from Ogden, UT. Diane currently splits time between Gilbert, AZ and Ogden, UT. Troy and Shelley and all their kids live in Gilbert, AZ. Curt and Marilyn and their kids live in Ogden, UT.
Why Shelley Hancock chose Brian Head
We love Brian Head and we love the location. We wanted a place where our Utah family and Arizona families could get together and enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the beautiful scenery only found in Southern, UT.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
