With 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 10 guests, 4.5 bathrooms adding an extra level of privacy, and plenty of amazing amenities provided, this luxury townhome is the best spot for your Florida vacation!

The living areas feature large flat screen TVs with Blu-Ray and the kitchen has been updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The amenities don’t stop there: a private splash pool allows everyone to stay cool, and the lanai features a grill for outdoor entertaining. A washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi are also included.

The bedrooms consist of two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds. One of the twin rooms features Star Wars décor, perfect for the little ones or the young at heart!

You’ll enjoy this luxury townhome in the beautiful Windsor at Westside, just 10 minutes from Walt Disney World. As our guest, you’ll have unlimited access to a 10,000 square foot clubhouse with a tiki bar, fitness center, sundry shop and video arcade. The sparkling resort-style pool also features a waterslide and a lazy river!

**For your private splash pool, optional pool heat is available for $35/day + tax. - We recommend adding this option to your reservation between the months of November and April.**

We had a wonderful stay

We are a family of 9 and this house was perfect for us! The kids enjoyed the decorated themed rooms, the pool was great to relax in. We did have to contact the company for 1 minor fix and they were SO helpful & quick to respond! We were happy to have a grill to grill some steaks and burgers at the house too! The water park part was great also. Heated pools, and splashing pad. Would definitely come back!

Lots of space inside!

The home had lots of beds and bathrooms. However, the linen was sparse. Well-equipped kitchen. Cleaning was mid - but I am a clean freak so seeing a left over cleaning rag or dust under furniture bothers me. Walls are kind of thin so can hear neighbors a lot. Overall, as described. Nice stay. Thank you.

Reviewer Comments: The only dissappointment i had was the fact that there wasnt room for later checkout.we had a late flight n wasnt able to run at a sliwer pace we were rushed to leave by 11....and also there wasnt any light by the pool outside so it was very hard to cookoutdoors after the sun went down.

Lovely home

My family and myself loved the property everything was just as the pictures described. We felt right at home was sad to go. Will definitely go back I just it was more easier to talk to someone when you have questions and concerns. When you call the number that’s listed it directs you to a person that only can take a message for you and they will forward the message but you never get a call back. Other than that it was everything we imagined thanks for having us !

Great in some areas

Upstairs living Room Television not working because of the remote also the toilet in the Master Bathroom and the half bathroom needs plumbing work,the carpet on the stairs and living room needs a serious cleaning and wall’s needs paint job the internet and cable when out for about 4hours the person who came to the property good not speak English or understand me, it very important who cleaning the property pay attention to detail, online shows every bedrooms with bed spread on the bed it no bed spread at all very disappointed the pool very nice

Check in was at 4pm. We timed our 14 drive to arrive at 4. 2 hours before check we were contacted to tell us we couldn’t check in until 6 and we’re basically out of luck. Other than that our stay was good

Do not book with Casiola

Customer service is horrible. No one answers your calls for service. You have to leave messages. When Casiola calls you back the service is so bad that the call drops. There is an emergency number that you have to leave a message and no one calls you back. We called Casiola regarding the trash and was told to call HOA. HOA never answered or returned my call. There was trash in the inside of the pool area upon our arrival. Maintenance said that don’t empty the trash. The trash sat in the hot Florida sun for two days and the smell was horrific. Finally, I couldn’t take the stench and my husband and I had to move the trash and bin out of the pool area. There was an infestation of flies in the pool area and they travelled into the home. My son was bit by flies. There was glass in the pool area and my son cut his foot as well. Maintenance came two days later and sent housekeeping to clean. They had attitudes because they had to clean the filthy grill. They still left the trash. Two beds were broken. They replaced a bed and put a roll out bed in the room. Two televisions weren’t working. They had to place a cable cord or something. Overall, Casiola has poor customer service skills and lack of empathy. When I told them that moving the trash and bin made our back hurt they said they weren’t liable for that. According to their brochure, the trash bins are supposed to be outside of the pool area in the first place. Finally after fighting with Casiola for days, on Thursday they offered me a 10 percent discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I sent emails, videos and pictures of everything that was wrong. Do not book with Casiola.

(4 adults, 4 kids) house was advertised with a game room in garage, however there was not there anymore. Complex was clean and safe. The community pool area and amenities need help with service. Not enough lifeguards for size and amount of people. The bar/food was under staffed everyday. We made comment to front desk each day, and they did nothing to remedy the lines and wait time. The community pool for last 2 days of trip was unusable due to leak in pool which needed to be fixed. Clean and nice gated community, but still needs work on service at community amenities.

The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms well maintained. The kids loved the pool once the heat element was fixed. Staff were attentive to this. We propped the air hockey up with cardboard bc it was very wobbly. Might be good to fix that leg. The larger pool and clubhouse were a great amenity.

Nice home, but be prepared to go shopping

Reviewer Comments: The home itself was beautiful but lacked towels, napkins, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, garbage bags, propane for grill, and attention to detail. The oven handle fell off, the volume didn't work on 1 tv, 1 bed was broken and rocked back and forth when trying to sleep, the leg on the upstairs side table fell off, multiple light bulbs were burned out. Be prepared to go shopping for all of these essentials upon arrival.

A gas grill and a charcoal grill . Nice patio furniture . With a big public pool , lazy river and a small water park for the children . With a restaurant and a bar at the pool . My children wanted to stay more at the resort than go to the Disney parks . The townhouse I stayed in had no problems at all . 5 bedrooms , 4 baths I had 5 adults and 2 children with me . Grandparents and my children . 1 room is on the lower level . My father really liked that . He has had both knees replaced and he does not like to climb stairs after a long day of walking . I hope your stay will be as good as mine was ! I loved it !!! Hope you do too .
