So the next morning I have to pull the bed out, from the wall window pull the head board to the head mattress so stop make noise every times movement. The door need to oil the hinges so won't make noise when open to go the hall bathroom ...at night .The e yard service need to pick up grass clips and leafs
So guest wont tracks in the house. First thing to stepped in in side the door ...when open the door smelled odors like a old home, found a big bugs in the bathtub. That can be improvement...No big deal...over all fair .
Great hideaway place near the lake.
The Little Tim’s Inn was a great place to relax after a long day on the lake. My sisters and I stayed there while the rest of the family stayed at another rental. The place is clean and the decor gives the place an at home feel. Check in and check out were super simple and Melissa did great answering all of my questions. Its was hot over the 4th of July weekend and the AC worked great. The road leading directly to the house is unpaved so mind your tires. Overall a very nice place to relax near Lake Livingston.
Thank you Cesar for kind words we truly appreciate your business and feedback! We thank you again for choosing "Little Tim's Inn."
I really love it
Nice and cool place for relaxation
A perfect getaway
The perfect house to enjoy while spending time on the lake. Nicely decorated, convenient to the boat launch and restaurant. Full furnished....just walk in and enjoy it. Fenced in yard with tables and chairs outside for relaxing.
Thank you so much for the kind words! It excites me knowing that you all enjoyed it there while making family memories and enjoying the lake. It was a pleasure meeting all of you all and I look forward to seeing you all again!!
This is a small lake community population of 5500. Known as a place to unwind, see the stars, see birds, fish, swim just get back to basic family fun. There is a 24 hour Walmart and many great eateries owned by mom and pop. Several antique places to shop, Johnson Rock Shop (Worlds largest Rock Shop Free Admission), small museum, Casino, golf and more.

About Melissa Lara
Melissa Lara is a "Native Houstonian" who attended private school as a little girl where she met some of her closest friends. She twirled herself wherever permitted and threw herself into her best talent "Art." Growing up she tagged along every weekend with her Auntie. Eventually she followed her favorite Auntie Janice's footsteps where she graduated from college with a Bachelors in Business and embarked a career in sales leading up to Real Estate. She lives in Houston, with her husband of 15 years, three kids: Ian, Maeve Juliet and Tatum. Together they share their Texas Home with 2 Siamese Cats and 2 fish. Every weekend you will find her and her family in Lake Livingston twirling together in the yards doing what they do best junking and creating whimsies. There you will find their lake house rescued cat "Junebug" dancing along to the tunes of the lake!
Melissa Lara purchased this Cabin in 2016
Why Melissa Lara chose West Livingston
As a little girl I was born and raised on a rough part of Houston. I remember fondly walking through the streets and seeing the true bones of a home and its architectural features such as the molding, glass door knobs, wood paneling or even the beautiful chipped paint. No matter how bad the house I saw the soul of the home. Along side of my Aunt she taught me about creating items out of junk making it useful again... It has always been my passion to make the bones of an old home come alive again. An idea was born and scratched out on my bucket list was creating the cutest cabin Lake Livingston would of ever seen. 297 Vicki Dr, brought a sense of tranquility to my heart. After living in the hustle city of Houston it was time for a change. I spent 6 months preparing Vicki Dr. to something more... a place to go and relax. There sits this beautiful little cabin nestled on the quiet street at night, stars shining bright, if your really quiet you can hear the fish jumping out of the lake. Vicki Dr. is a soothing place, a special one at that. I hope you decide to book and see the feeling I have described. I wanted a place to reunite the family, make lifetime memories, eat, play, but just love the time we take for granted in our lives... create a story in this home...
What makes this Cabin unique
Nestled and tucked on a private street across from the park and walking distance to the pond. A small neighborhood located near the peninsula with just plenty of things for the family to do, love and enjoy!!
