The apartment is located the residential village Xylofagou - 40km from Larnaca airport and 12km from the famous Agia Napa seaside town, home to beautiful beaches, bars and restaurants.
Xylophagou is a large residential and quiet village located two minutes off the A3 motorway. This motorway links to other towns and villages between the large town of Larnaca and the holiday resort of Ayia Napa. There is a convenient discount supermarket situated less than 1 km from the apartment. This supermarket stocks the usual grocery and household items that you would expect to find in your own local supermarket. There are several kiosks within the village where you can purchase everyday essential items.
