At the beach entrance you can rent jet skis, go tubing or parasailing, diving and snorkeling. Many love the pier fishing in this area and you can fish off the docks at Bonita Point (see pics). The Marina is only a couple miles away where you can charter a deep sea fishing trip, Sunset Cruise, or Pirate Cruise, or Shell Island Cruise, rent a pontoon boat and explore Shell Island. Dining options are abundant, whether you prefer open-air casual dining with great live entertainment or fine dining at Salt Water Grill or Grand Marlin. There are several wonderful dining options at the Marina where you can watch the sunset as the boats come into dock. Pier park is 5 miles away and is a shopping, dining, and entertainment mecca. You can also go pier fishing and catch a free concert on the lawn. Dave and Buster's is at Pier Park and a large movie cinema among many other entertainment choices such as amusement rides, mazes, and laser tag.
