Una de las MEJORES características de esta casa es que no hay escaleras para subir y bajar. Así que si te cuesta mucho trabajo, rodillas mal, niños pequeños o simplemente odias los pasos, esta es la unidad para ti.
Estamos a solo 3 cuadras de la playa.

Esta es una unidad central de aire acondicionado totalmente renovada de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. Es una unidad de esquina que ofrece un patio cubierto que es uno de los más grandes de la isla. El porche alberga una mesa de comedor de tamaño completo, un asiento de amor / mesa / 2 sillas, 2 sillones y un área de bar. Junto con su gran patio (donde puede disfrutar de una constante brisa marina) también puede disfrutar de la piscina climatizada (fin de semana conmemorativo hasta finales de septiembre) y zona de barbacoa con 2 parrillas. Hay dos duchas exteriores para enjuagar de la arena después de un día en la playa.
Dentro hay una casa de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El dormitorio principal tiene 2 camas queen size, su propio baño de azulejos personalizados con cabina de ducha y un televisor de pantalla plana.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y TV de pantalla plana también.
El salón tiene un sofá seccional de cuero y un gran televisor de pantalla plana.
La cocina moderna está totalmente equipada con una estufa de gas de cuatro quemadores, refrigerador superior, lavaplatos, microondas, horno, cafetera (Keurig y regular), platos de cerámica, ollas y sartenes. Encimeras de granito y pisos de azulejo.
Fuera de la sala de estar es el segundo baño con lavadora y secadora. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de techo, wifi y televisión por cable.
El check-in semanal es de domingo a domingo. De esta manera, los huéspedes pueden evitar una gran cantidad de congestión de tráfico que ocurre el sábado. Los huéspedes anteriores han comentado lo fácil que fue conducir en la isla el domingo frente a la tarde del sábado.
El vecindario es tranquilo y pacífico, por lo que puede relajarse en el patio y disfrutar leyendo un libro, jugando un juego de mesa con los niños o bebiendo una bebida.
Esta es una comunidad de condominios orientada a la familia. Perfecto para familias, parejas o chicas.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was our first time staying in Wildwood Crest and this property was amazing! The location was perfect and the condo was very clean and charming with everything you need for a great vacation including a welcome basket of snacks and drinks. Julie was fantastic with answering all my questions and giving great recommendations for food and things to do in the area. We look forward to staying here again next summer!

Fantastic condo

Julie is wonderful and the condo is a gem! The location is the best I’ve stayed in on Wildwood crest. It’s close to the water and the boardwalk while being far enough away to be peaceful and quiet! We will go back again and again!

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful experience at Julie's condo. Julie was responsive and gave easy instructions. Her condo was spacious and clean. The large outdoor space was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our long days at the beach (perfect distance) and the pool after beach days. We hope to return again soon!

A great place to stay!!

The property was just as described! There was plenty of space for our family of 4. We were attending a basketball tournament for my daughter -- she enjoyed relaxing at the pool after an intense game. We walked all over -- to the beach, the boardwalk, and a nearby bakery. We would love to return in the future!

Spectacular, family friendly, great location!

Julie is a great host! My kids absolutely loved staying here! My 7yo loved the “cave” shower! With 4 younger kids and 2 adults we felt we had plenty of room! She was very great with checking in before and during the stay! We didn’t get to use the porch as much as I wanted to so we will for sure stay again when we visit!

Our stay in this beautiful, well equipped, most comfortable apartment with its large and surprisingly well furnished covered porch was wonderful. Enhanced by good weather and the warm ocean waters, our time here in the relaxed week after Labor Day was most enjoyable. We would most definitely return here in the future.

Great unit and great owner.

This is an overall great unit and owner, which makes the experience excellent. The condo community is great and friendly. Additionally, it is a quiet community which is why we always come to the Crest. I highly recommend that you stay here.

NJ Firemen's Convention

My husband and I stayed during the NJ Firemen's Convention. This place was clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Julie was very thoughtful and communicative. The porch was absolute heaven. We would definitely stay again!

The property was clean and well maintained. Close to everything, but far enough to allow for some relaxing evenings on the porch. Our host was responsive to questions and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. The host, Julie is terrific. The condo was spotless. The porch was lovely for relaxing any time of day. Very convenient and easy walk to the beach. Very nice residential area that was quiet. Knocked off a star as the washing machine was broken on arrival. Host communicated this on arrival day. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it in the grand scheme of things, but apparently it was broken for a few weeks and wasn't communicated earlier. Again, it's not the end of the world, but that is one of the reasons why I always book a condo vs hotel, especially at the beach. I wish I would have known earlier. Finally, beds were not very comfortable, but adequate.

The best!

We go to the beach every summer and this was by far the best place we've ever stayed. The condo was VERY clean and well maintained. From the large, relaxing front porch, to the heated pool, to the out front parking, everything was amazing! The prime location allowed us to walk to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. Most importantly, Julie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! We will definitely be back!

Perfect location in the Crest, huge porch!

This condo was just perfect for our small family, but could easily accommodate more. Two bedrooms and two full baths…very clean!! All the amenities of home. The owner was wonderful. She left us a lot of “starter” items and even a little goodie basket of snacks with a personal welcome note. It’s in a nice area of Wildwood Crest. Close to the beach, walking distance from some restaurants and a great bakery. Even though we had rain, everything on the porch stayed dry. Plus a heated pool. We would highly recommend it!

Beautiful comfortable home

Julie has everything that you possibly need in her home. Property is so close to everything. The front porch is what will close the deal. We were out there majority of our time. FYI this home is handicap friendly. It was great that we were able to have my brother who is handicap be able to join us. The pool hits the spot after a day at the beach but the best are the people in this area. We've met new friends everyday. EVERYONE is extremely nice. I love it here and want to come every summer. Accommodations accurately described. Great location.

Spent a fun and relaxing few days in this perfectly laid out cute beach themed condo. The condo was clean and included everything one might need and then some. Julia leaves plenty of detail to operate the A/C heat, lighting etc. In order to navigate comfortably. She also provides the little details that matter and makes guests feel welcome. A little welcoming gift basket of goodies even an umbrella to use shows she cares about you and the comfort of your stay. The extensive outdoor porch is such a bonus and a relaxing, comfy spot to spend time. Games were played, coffee and cocktails had along with convo’s and reading in the peace and quiet. Fireworks, easily viewed from the same porch one evening, were an added bonus. The binder of info. on places to dine was very helpful. A home everyone is sure to enjoy inside and out.

Clean, Spacious and Great location

This was our 6th year at Wildwoods and this was by far the cleanest and the best place we've stayed so far. We have 3 teenage children so having 2 baths is a must for us and for my wife, she cannot stay in any place that has a carpet because we don't wear shoes inside the house and she thinks the carpets are gross on bare feet, especially in a shared home since you don't know what's lurking under the carpet. My wife is a clean freak so she wipes down and sanitizes every surface whenever we check-in but she said the owner must be a clean freak too as she was thoroughly impressed how clean this place was. We also appreciated all the notes and labels around the house. It really felt like our home away from home for the first time. This was the first time we saw a kitchen with a gas stove as all our previous stays had electric stove. We loved it as it's so much easier to cook on a gas stove. Having a washer and dryer inside the unit was also a big plus and loved the porch and outdoor furniture to relax while having a cold one. Kids loved to swim at the pool after coming back from the beach and I even used the outdoor grills twice for family dinner. Only thing that we were worried was the limited, first-come-first-serve parking lot but we never had any issue as we either always found open spot or there were free parking spaces on the street around the unit. We also loved the spacious living room with recessed lighting. Great communication with the host. Thank you Julie!

Harold and Julie live in Salem County, an hour away. Growing up Julie spent many summers in Wildwood. After getting two kids through college, we decided to purchase our dream vacation retreat. Either the Poconos or Wildwood. The decision was Wildwood due to the close location.

We choose this condo because of its great location. The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. You are away from all the commotion that is down the street around all the hotels. We also fell in love with the patio and its space as soon as we saw it. The patio always has an ocean breeze. Many times we will grill at the BBQ area and then eat out on the patio. Don't feel like cooking then order take-out from Bandanas Mexican Grill(1 block away) or Little Italy Restaurant( 3 blocks away) and bring it back to eat on the patio. Everyone is friendly and we enjoy sitting on the patio talking to all the people walking by. The inside of the unit is roomy also. Not to big, but not to small. We find it to be homey and comfortable.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Love love the location. Three short blocks to the ocean and five short blocks to the boardwalk. Don't feel like going to the beach, then enjoy the heated pool. It is set for 88 degrees. The outside showers are great for washing sand off yourself before entering the condo. There is also an outdoor hose to rinse off beach chairs and toys. Friday nights you can walk to the fishing pier(one street south) and watch the fireworks from the pier. Another sweet treat is Britton's Gourmet Bakery which is 2 blocks away. You have to get there early to get the good stuff. Doors open at 6:30am. and there is a line to the street. Everything in there is GREAT!! Donuts, bagels, croissants, apple fritters, cinnamon buns........
