Nice place but NO HEATED POOL!!!

Although in the Vrbo name of this property it says heated pool there was no heat. We were very disappointed as weather in February needs a heated pool. I specifically asked about the condition of the pool prior to booking and was reassured that it would be in good shape. Is that considered false advertising!?!? Otherwise Nice place

Summer Family Vacation 2024

We as a family enjoy this property stay 5 days, the property had a private pool the kids enjoy summer. The cleanliness, communication with the manager, and check-In progress were excellent!! But the location and neighborhood were okay I would rate 2.5, it's on a busy main road traffic flow.

Great Accomodations

We enjoyed our stay at the Clearwater Beach/Dunedin house. The pool was amazing and the yard was big and fully fenced in for our dog. The service from the hose was excellent and they answered our questions immediately. They even let us check in early for a small fee. The kitchen had the essentials we needed. The house was clean when we arrived. We appreciated having 2 washers & dryers for laundry. Beach towels and plently of bath towels were provided. The location was great and was close to the beach and the town of Dunedin. Our only complaint would be that the king mattress was not comfortable and needs to be replaced.

Great home base

We came down to Clearwater for a month. The house made for a great home base while we explored all the things Pinellas County had to offer. At the end of the day it was nice to enjoy the pool.

Family fun

This is the second year renting this property. It is so relaxing and the pool is great. My mother has limited mobility and is able to get around with her walker easily. So also is able to enjoy the pool with the family. It is the perfect place to reconnect with loved ones! Be back next year!

Great stay

This was a great house that was perfect for our first beach trip to Clearwater. There was fantastic communication with the management company BnB Prohost. When we first checked in there were some issues with the air conditioning, which they promptly scheduled for maintenance and even offered to put us up in another place for the night. I loved that this place was also pet friendly which allowed us to bring our two fur babies with us. The house was very clean with lots of extra blankets, towels, and sheets. The pool was fantastic, as was the backyard area. Showers both had great water pressure. Loved having two washers and dryers! Kitchen was very well stocked with items. I will say that there were no extra hand cloths or kitchen towels, so we ended up using bath cloths. Only a few things to take note of were the beds, and televisions. The king bed in the master bedroom was slightly tilted to one side and felt like one of us was about to slide off all night. The tv in the master bedroom was set to some kind of auto dimmer that made it difficult to watch. Overall, our stay was great and we would definitely come back again!

Could not ask for better location for the beach and Tampa Bay Rays stadium. Ask for help with pool temperature and property manager was quick to address it.
