Cabina de montaña espaciosa y lujosa con una variedad de opciones de habitaciones, desde habitaciones individuales con camas King o Queen hasta un gran loft con suficiente espacio y camas para dormir cómodamente 4. Ubicado en las estribaciones cerca de la presa Pine Flat, el río Kings ruge justo debajo de la cabaña rodeado de robles. Para una escapada tranquila o una estadía prolongada, explore la belleza del Parque Nacional Sequoia y Kings Canyon. Este es el lugar perfecto para dejar sus maletas y pasar la noche o simplemente pasar el rato en la cabina.

Al ser una cabaña de montaña, estamos totalmente fuera de la red (NO a merced de PG&E) y eso es algo bueno en nuestra opinión. Estamos 100% alimentados por un sistema solar y 2 generadores LP de respaldo para garantizar que sus estadías sean lo más cómodas posible. En ese espíritu, recientemente instalamos una estación de carga EV para que nuestros huéspedes con vehículos eléctricos puedan recargarse en la cabina. También estamos en el proceso de hacer que el lugar sea accesible para sillas de ruedas.

Dado que nuestro sistema de energía solar NO PUEDE producir suficiente energía para toda la cabina sin el apoyo de los generadores de LP, ayúdenos a conservarlo apagando los televisores y otros dispositivos cuando no estén en uso. Agradecemos su comprensión y cooperación.

Cuando llegas a la puerta, hay un camino de tierra común de una milla de largo que conduce a la casa. Tenga mucho cuidado al subir y bajar, ya que hace viento y es empinado en algunas secciones. También puede haber tráfico en sentido contrario. El límite de velocidad sugerido es de 10 mph. La tienda de comestibles más cercana está en Sanger. Hay un nuevo mini-mart que acaba de abrir 6 millas al oeste de la casa. Como estamos completamente desconectados de las baterías alimentadas por energía solar, es posible que experimente luces parpadeantes y reinicio de la TV cuando se encendió el generador de respaldo.

The house was very big and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen area was convenient for cooking and the outdoor grill area was nice enough for a big family. The view of the river was very nice to sit down and watch from the balcony

Breathtaking views

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Phu was so welcoming. The rooms were more than adequate and so clean! We would definitely stay here again. Charlie and Jeff the dogs on the property are an added bonus.

Wonderful Mountain Cabin

We definitely enjoyed our stay in this place, which we used as our launching pad to the nearby national parks. The cabin was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets off the back deck overlooking the valley, river and hills below us. Probably the best part was the solitude and peaceful setting up on the hillside. There were only some minor issues that cropped up but were quickly dealt with by the resident property managers. We had an enjoyable time here and I would definitely recommend this place!

Stunning....beyond expectations.

This place is amazing and the manager (Phu) is above and beyond. Our stay was wonderful. Just relaxing or eating breakfast on the back porch is something that we will keep in our minds as a 'happy place' forever. The views are tremdous and all of the landscaping, flowers, and the Koi pond reminded us of home. Absolutely perfect. We really didn't want to leave for our planned excursions and our last day we did actually cancel our plans just to be able to enjoy this place all day.

Perfect, secluded retreat!

This was a clean, gorgeous property and the pictures do not do it justice! The scenery is phenomenal and such a welcomed change from city life. Great welcoming home

This house is ideal for large groups or small. We were only 5 and it was only for 2 nights but we will definitely try to return with more of us. Incredible views and away from Covid fears and crowds. Kings Canyon and Sequoia are an hour away and well worth the visit. Hosts Phu and Kim are delightful and the animals (especially puppy Charlie) were a big plus for us.

Great house

I had a great time here. Gorgeous views in a huge house. Phu was welcoming and kind. Only issue we had was the AC unit struggling. The house was really hot at all times. The bedrooms were fine temperature wise but the rest of house was hot.

Amazing location and home!

We had a fabulous time, the home was immaculate and we had great communication with the property manager Mr. Phu. The home was fully equipped and the view was amazing from the balcony. We are a girls AAU travel team and the loft was ideal for the girls to hang out and to also sleep there. You can’t go wrong with this place great for a team building retreat or a family outing. Amazing views and serene setting

This is an amazing place to relax and get away from it all. The home is lovely and comfortable and the views are tremendous. We enjoyed coffee on the large balcony each morning, which was a very nice departure from our otherwise busy lives. Pine Flat Lake has some nearby activities and our kids loved playing at the King's River at the foot of the property. Sequoia / King's Canyon is about an hour away too. It's definitely a nice place that we would consider returning to in the future.

Beautiful Property with amazing views

This house is marvelous! It is a mile up a dirt road with a breath taking view of the valley below. There is a ton of space for everyone. The owner lives on the property and is incredibly gracious and we had some great conversations. He is also very attentive to anything you should happen to need while you're there. All of us who stayed (11 of us) had a great time and we are all trying to find excuses to go back and stay again.

Yosemite trip

Very spacious home away from it all...literally. Beautiful views! We enjoyed our time here very much. Not being familiar with the area (and being from Nebraska), we didn't realize the time it would take to get to the National Parks. The windy roads.....in Nebraska you can go 20 miles in 20 minutes not the case in this area. Still worth the time!

Amazing view

The place is huge. It’s amazing. It’s quiet. The on site owner was super helpful and accommodating. We didn’t realize they lived downstairs and we were pretty loud the first night. We tried to keep it down after that but they never asked us to so I guess it maybe wasn’t as Loud to them. The whole stay was incredible. If you want serenity, this is the place.

Best Christmas Ever

Everything was Beautiful and Comfortable and the owner was always accessible because he lives on the first floor of the cabin and rents the other two floors, the only issue is that there is no music to be on after 10pm in the cabin but outside you can have the music until what ever time, the owner is a great person he set us up fire 🔥 for the marshmallows to make s’mores for the kids both nights and a bbq and he even joined us one night! Can’t wait to come bake to this beautiful place, and it has a beautiful view because we were very very high and it wasn’t cold at all

A fabulous working retreat

What an awesome property! Had a project at the Clovis Medical Center and used the "Mountain Cabin" as our home base for nearly 3 weeks. It was a fabulous retreat after 10+ hours on the job site. Had 6 of my team stay there. The house is spectacular, rooms and amenities where perfect for everyone, and you can't beat the view for relaxing with a drink after a long day. As a professional chef, the kitchen had everything that I needed to keep the crew well fed. The loft pool table, air hockey, and fuse ball kept the guys entertained. Thank you Phu and Kim for your wonderful hospitality. Can't wait to get back there for another project so I can stay at the house again!

Absolutely beautiful cabin perched a mile above Kings Canyon River and Pine Flat Dam.

View was wonderful of the foothills and river below. Cabin sets so one can hang out on back porch and view the foothills, river and wildlife. Very quiet, but yet can hear sound of the river flowing as you take your nap. Cabin was decorated like a Thomas Kincaid painting with a lil Koi pond at the entrance. Our little one enjoyed feeding the fish and going on small hikes. Fishing areas, on the river, within a mile drive of the cabin. Cabin featured Dish Network with more channels than one can watch! Even the Golf Channel, as we sit and watched Tiger win his 82 PGA Tour Victory! Sleeps 10 easily with all the tools to cook your meals and toiletries included in the 3 bathrooms. Cabin has a play area upstairs with foosball table for your enjoyment as well. Property managers easy to get in touch with and we really enjoyed visiting with them about the area. We will return!

Beautiful getaway

Everything about renting this property was amazing and easy. It wasn’t stressful at all and the person we rented from was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. The property was absolutely stunning, safe, clean, and the views are really out of this world. I’d definitely book there again.

Best Christmas Ever

We wanted an out of the way beautiful setting house with lots of room for our family to celebrate Christmas and we found it in this special place. Truly it was designed for us. It even had a nursery for our 3 month old grandson. The host had it decorated like something off a Christmas postcard and everything was amazing. In spite of rainy weather several days we all truly enjoyed it. He even built us a bonfire the last night. This place is special. We will be back. It was magical.

Guests will have full access to the main floor and top floor of the cabin with complete privacy. The separate basement level is reserved for our family with separate entrance.
