Lots of space for our family and our dog. Full of amenities and spotless linens and towels. The view is amazing and truly enjoyed our stargazing nights! Less than an hour drive to kings canyon national park entrance. Would love to stay there again when we visit the area next time!
We had a fabulous time relaxing in this beautiful space. The views are gorgeous, the stay was very comfortable and the hosts were great, quickly responded to any questions we had and provided us with everything we needed for the weekend. Highly recommend this property!
This home was just what the doctor ordered. It is well-appointed and spacious with multiple area to gather or be alone. The views are spectacular! Late into the night (after midnight), the stars are another gorgeous feature. Know before you go: there aren't a lot of places to eat, so grab some groceries before you head to the house. You'll have everything you need. We can also suggest Gena's! We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.
We stayed here while exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and it was the perfect basecamp. Corey, the host, was extremely responsive and made the whole check-in process smooth. The house itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay — plenty of space, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable common areas to relax in after long days at the parks.A huge bonus for us was the EV charger on site. Between the location, the cleanliness, and the thoughtful amenities, this was a great home base for our national park trip. We'd definitely recommend it and would stay again.
Thankful for using VRBO for the first time and found this property. We had a wonderful stay. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at your property while visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. The clean, comfortable accommodations, beautiful views, convenient location near the Kings Canyon entrance, and local wildlife sightings all made our trip truly special. We did stargazing too! We also greatly appreciated your prompt and helpful communication throughout our visit, which ensured a seamless experience. Thank you, Corey! We will certainly recommend your property to anyone visiting the area! Pack light! This property got everything you need!
Perfect location for exploring Sequoia with a grocery store really close by and also a great little Pizza restaurant. House was great and had everything we needed. The back enclosed porch is such a great place for starting the day with coffee and breakfast. The view out towards the back is just so peaceful and amazing!
My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean, and comfortable for our stay. The back patio was a great place to relax at the end of the day, and the views from the house were fantastic. If I had to mention one negative, the toilet in the master bath is a bit small, but that's really splitting hairs. Thank you again for the great place to stay!
We loved our stay. This house is well thought out and the hosts have included so many little touches that make all the difference. A home away from home. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful 5 day stay at Hilltop Nest. Went to the parks every day for hiking or scenic drives. Corey is extremely responsive to any questions, and had equipped the house with everything we needed. Bonus visits from friendly cats next door!
The house was very clean. The living room and game room were spacious. We enjoyed the pool table. All three bedrooms were also roomy. There is a screened patio on the back of the house with a view. Kitchen is fully stocked and there is a grill outside. The house is about a 40 min drive to Kings Canyon and Sequoia, where we spent 3 days driving back and forth. Owner is very responsive.
House was meticulous, roomy and overall a fantastic place to use as a home base for Sequoia and Kings Canyon parks and forests. Extremely pet friendly, including a fenced in area. Pool table was fun. Area is hot in the summer, but didn’t deter our activities. There are a few small gas station markets in the general area, so stock up on special items if you’re so inclined. Owner was very responsive. House is located on the top of a hill which provides beautiful views, awesome stargazing and lots of quiet! Highly recommend!
Perfect for our group: comfy, easy and, as the name suggests, wonderful view of the Yokuts Valley area. Great location: 45 minutes to the main entrance of Sequoia NP and then a two hour hop over to SW entrance of Yosemite after our stay. Plenty of excellent chill space and our group of 3 senior-aged couples used most of it during our all too brief two night stay. The kitchen was very well equipped, the pool table a nice bonus. Air was a little hazy from wildfires during our stay though nothing very close; a fair amount of car noise, barking at dusk and roosters at dawn but short lived and the nights were nice and quiet. We were very happy with the space and wouldn't hesitate to reserve this house again when we have another trip planned for the area.
