In the past we had always rented at sea level in Section K, located more in the jungle of Nosara but Casa This Is It is situated just above the town with amazing unobstructed views of Playa Guiones. The drive up the hill to the house is about 6 minutes from the main street in Nosara. The house is brand new with comfortable beds, nice sheets and towels, tasteful furnishings and a well appointed kitchen. We were a party of 4, my wife and I and two teenagers. The kids had their own air conditioned rooms with en suite full bathrooms and the Master suite also has en suite bathroom, walkin closet and huge open double headed shower. The open living area has a first rate pool table that we all played on at night that was an unforeseen bonus to our vacation. The salt water pool was perfect temperature and well maintained. It was great to take an early morning swim and check the surf down below at the same time! There's a large deck with plenty of seating and an out door grill. If you're feeling really motivated there's an open air gym with free weights and Nautalis type machine. The owners Patricia and Barry were great hosts and most helpful with their suggestions for dining, tours etc. This property is a great value for the money and we intend on returning soon.
