The kind of place with wet towels on every hook, knob, and half-sturdy towel bar. But this time, the Wi-Fi works. The bathrooms have been multiplied. The vanities doubled. No one’s on the floor in a sleeping bag. And the fenced backyard? It has a fire pit now.
1049 Ocean View is a single-level vacation rental on St. Simons Island. It has three bedrooms, three full baths, and a layout that spreads out. Open kitchen. Real beds. Real closets. A yard big enough to let the dog off-leash long enough to finish your drink. You can walk to the beach in under five minutes. Restaurants like Crab Trap, Fiddlers, and Barrier Island Brewing in under ten. Walk to Ocean Motion and rent a bike. Then ride off to the Pier Village.
