Perfect for 2 couples or a family. Close to beach, shops, and restaurants. Modern amenities and decor with beach vibe. Open living plan on main floor with dining, living, kitchen, laundry, and half bath. Complete with WiFi, alarm, and cable.
Both bedrooms are very spacious located on the 2nd floor. They both have ensuite baths. Master has a double walk in shower and Guest has a shower/tub. Master also has a walk in closet. Guest has a sliding double door closet.
All new flooring throughout. Outdoor patio includes a grill, table for sitting and pappassan double seat.
Comes w/ 2 car garage, minimal gym equipment, 2 bikes, beach chairs, surfboard, cooler, and umbrella for all your beach needs.

Producer who travels alot with work and personally. Love my dogs, yoga, and being with family. Always wanted a beach house and when this came along I had to make it happen.
Why they chose this property
It has alot of space, close to beaches, bike path, shops, restaurants, and other conveniences. It is the back unit of 3, very private and quiet. Everyone just loves it here.
