This Newly Renovated vacation home is centrally located near all the parks & attractions features high-end finishes & furnishing. It was built with you in mind. Elegant & Contemporary, featuring new Porcelain plank flooring, Quartz Countertop in kitchen & bathrooms, Brand New Kitchen features a very large Island, Stainless-steel appliances, Brand New A/C system & ducts and All new furniture. This spacious and well-lit property features a covered & screened-in patio. This pool home will sure inspire you to relax and enjoy your company; We installed a multi-color LED light in the pool to enhance your experience at night.

For an additional daily fee of $35/night, we can turn on the pool & spa/Jacuzzi heater, otherwise you can enjoy the pool as-is.

This unique property is located within close proximity to Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure,SeaWorld, Disney, Gartorland, The Orange County Convention Center, Numerous shopping malls, ICON Park, International Drive, MCO International Airport & Restaurant Row. Located right across from the JW Marriot & the Ritz Carlton.The neighborhood is fairly quiet & sits right across from the Ritz Carlton & the JW Marriott, both have wonderful restaurants & bars.

Worst VRBO ever. Shower curtains moldy at the bottom. Almost no water pressure in the master bath when turned to hot. Good pressure on cold. It looks like most of the window sills in the house have not been cleaned for years...1/8 inch of gunk buildup. Nearly impossible to open any window shades which then exposed the gunk on the window sills. Ant traps on the window sill directly behind the sink on the filthy window sill that you had to stare at everytime when using the sink. Ice maker doesn't work or turned off. Hard to say, BECAUSE THERE IS NO HOUSE BOOK EXPLANING ANYTHING. I could go on and on.The description states recent remodel. Very hard to believe.I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE FOR ANYONE.

I did reach out to see if I could enter early but the host wasn't monitoring the chat and didn't respond until after the usual time access was released. Not a big deal but would expect a more timely response. House was as advertized. No concerns, great location. I would note that one of the taps in the master bedroom was not running and I was unable to get the master shower temperature past luke warm (my daughter noted the other beromm shower was fine). A small plus would have been some K-Cups for the coffee maker. Overall though, it is a good value property.

Great location - great space

Great location and wonderful layout in the home for families. Host was exceptional at communicating. Home was very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. We were even able to watch the sea world fireworks from the front walk! Would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location

My family stayed at this property while visiting Discovery Cove. The location was perfect to be close to that and many other Orlando attractions. We really enjoyed the house. There was plenty of space to enjoy time together. So much better than getting hotel rooms. The Jacuzzi was wonderful! We will definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we are in Orlando.

The house was fairly clean and comfortable, however there were issues. The water in the main bath/shower does not drain properly so you are standing in your water the whole time. The kitchen is not fully equipped as described; there are only a couple pots and fry pans. If you book through VRBO, the house instructions are not sent to you, so we did not know some very pertinent information.

Really nice house!

We spent a few days in Orlando with the family for a vacation. The house was as described online, and really nice and clean. The pool and hot tub weee great. The neighborhood is nice, and quiet. The Paros were not far away.

Overall very good

This property was great and we would stay again. The only issue/non issue was the lawn was in major need of mowing and needed some yard work. Inside was very clean and relaxing.

Would Book Again

We had an excellent time. The house was very clean and smelled clean. Although there are only three bedrooms, there are two living rooms and plenty of space for everyone. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and there was plenty of table space to play games, as well as the lovely pool area. The lights in the pool/hot tub at night are a great touch. The location of the property, as well as the ample parking, was also a huge plus! I would stay here again!

Spring break trip

We had a great time! We did have a slight mishap once arriving. There was a communication error and the house was not cleaned. I contacted the owner and house cleaners were sent over quickly. They were very nice and quickly had everything cleaned and washed. The house is in a great location, we were 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The pool and spa were a great addition to relax after a day at the parks. We would stay here again!

Orlando Christmas 2022

My family of 9 stayed here for Christmas and the place was really nice. It had just enough room for us all. Good condition, nice neighborhood, close enough to everything you would need. 25 minutes from Disneyland. The host was easy to reach and responsive. Even on Christmas 🎄. My only 1 issue was that there wasn't enough bed linens and pillows for 9 people. Other than that, it was perfect. I would stay there again.

Clean and relaxing

Very nice property. It was clean, quiet, relaxing, and spacious. Loved the private pool and hot tub. I had a bit of an issue with the hot tub heater. I paid extra for it, but it didn’t get hot. After having a conversation with the owner, he came by to fix the situation quickly and refunded me half the cost of the heat for the day. I appreciate his prompt response. Good location. Seems to be a lot of stuff nearby, but because of the pandemic, I didn’t venture out much. I would definitely recommend this property.

Very nice place

Did not provide extra toilet paper or paper towel had to purchase my own on day two. Charged extra to turn the heat on in the jacuzzi. So when it say jacuzzi included, it's not. It's an extra cost which is ridiculous, it should just be added to the price up front. Obviously, people want heat in the jacuzzi.

You knew before you booked that the gas heat for the jaccuzi is not included. I've traveled around the world and not 1 rental came with free pool heat. The property description states clearly there's a fee per night to heat the pool. There were 12 towels available and 1 roll of paper towel. If that was not enough then you could have said something and they would have been delivered to you in less than an hour. We hope in the future you can communicate Your concerns with your host and I'm sure your requests will be accommodated as many hosts on this platform go above and beyond too satisfy their guests

Ready to Return!

Great property in a really great location in Orlando. I have stayed all over Orlando, and this property seems to be the most centrally and conveniently located if you are trying to hit a variety of the parks and other attractions in the area. The neighborhood was quiet and clean. The house was good, and the pool and hot tub were great. We floated in the pool every day and hung out in the hot tub at night. The king bed in the master was great. Also, the bedside lamps with built in wireless charging for devices were a nice touch. There were a few very minor mechanical issues in the house, but Wael was communicative and had them fixed right away. The cleaning person missed a thing or two in my bathroom, but overall the property was very clean upon arrival. I would stay here again with no hesitation. Compared to other rentals I have stayed at in the area, I would say that this property is most certainly above average.

I rehabbed this property in August 2019 with the intention of designing & furnishing the best high-end Airbnb unit in the community. Modern Contemporary feel with high-end luxury finishes. Open layout, spacious, and well lit, this pool home will sure inspire you to relax and enjoy your company. High-end porcelain flooring, Stainless-Steel appliances, Quart Countertops, Netflix & a nice Swimming Pool.

You can opt in to heat the pool and Jaccuzi for an additional $35/night fee. I will have to manually send someone out to turn on the pool heater. Please advise when you book your stay if you'd like this service.
