Maison familiale de 5 chambres avec 2 maßtres et aire de jeux extérieure

Notre maison unifamiliale est exactement ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous détendre et vous reposer aprÚs vos journées de plaisir en Virginie. Notre maison était neuve et construite en 2019. Il y a deux chambres de maßtre à chaque étage dans cette nouvelle maison. En plus de cela, le maßtre qui se promenait dans le placard était meublé avec un lit d'enfant et des jouets pour enfants. C'est comme une chambre d'enfant spéciale pour les familles qui voyagent avec de jeunes enfants. Un lit bébé est offert dans la chambre principale à l'étage. Nous avons également une toute nouvelle aire de jeux extérieure pour les enfants de 5 ans et plus. La cuisine spacieuse et le bar à petit-déjeuner permettent à 16 personnes de s'asseoir confortablement. Nous accueillons les familles voyageant avec des enfants. Un groupe de 12 personnes conviendra parfaitement à cette location. Vous pouvez inviter des amis ou de la famille au-delà de la limite de 16 personnes au total

Clean and stylish home, very comfortable for all of us. Perfect spot with space for everyone to have a bedroom for downtime and a great common area to eat, play games, and chat. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect. But, There weren’t enough towels so bring your own. There were not enough warm blankets so bring your own. Bring you hair dryer if you need one. The sheets are cheap polyester. The furniture was cheap ikea specials. Usually, I have experienced luxury at a VRBO but this place was lacking. The yard is good for older kids.

Family fun weekend Hampton Roads

The property is as described. Cute and clean, we enjoyed our stay. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable which is a big deal when they are not. Would recommend this place for families.

Spacious and clean

This home was perfect for our group that was visiting for a friend’s retirement. There was only six of us, and this property gave us the ability to comfortably stay without feeling cramped in any way. A great alternative to staying in a hotel that wouldn’t have provided community space, patio/grotto, kitchen, laundry, garage, etc. and would have cost each of us about the same, or more, than splitting the cost of this clean and spacious location. None of us were familiar with the area but the property seemed centrally located to several things to include shopping, food, and Langley AFB. This property will be at the top of our list of places to stay if we gather here again. Our local friend has earmarked this property for any future family that comes to visit.

Beautiful and Great for families!

This place matches exactly the pictures you see. Spacious and decorated nicely. The kid toys and play set came in handy for a visiting niece. Was perfect for our wedding prep and visiting with family and friends. Little sketchy trying to get out of driveway is the only thing to watch out for, but parking is also across the street in little strip mall.

Excellent Vacation

The property was clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The hose, David was very responsive to our messages and even came out late on our first night to fix a toilet problem. I would recommend this property to others for sure. The only negative was the busy highway and traffic.

This is a beautiful home and is so very well equipped! The kitchen has everything you can possibly need. It was also extremely easy to clean up upon leaving. While I didn't have smal children there, the nursery room had everything a young family would need.

Graduation Weekend

This was the perfect property to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Hampton University. We had lots of family and friends stay with us and at local hotels. We used this VRBO as our base of operations with fun, food and laughter every day. The water feature in the backyard turned into the perfect photo op and the small patio we used for line dancing and hanging out. The Weber grill provided was definitely used too. The kitchen was overstocked with plates, mugs and glasses but I ended up having to buy a skillet and some storage containers. No skillet? That was weird but a lot of properties don't provide great cooking utensils and pots because they fear renters will take them. But that being the case you shouldn't say the kitchen is fully stocked. Same for the free breakfast. It was cereal but who knows how long it was there and who touched it? We ate what we brought. There were a few spices we added to. The listing also said workout space but I don't know what that could have been. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL weekend and perfect for what we were celebrating. The kitchen, dining area and living space flowed beautifully throughout the weekend.I cannot say enough about the owner and his responsiveness. This was a memorable occasion, marked by this beautiful property.

When we discovered this property in Hampton, VA, we thought it would be the perfect location for a vacation rental. It's semi-secluded with trees and bushes separating the house from neighbors behind the property. The house is located on a street which provides easy access to main roads in the area which can take you to many restaurants, shopping, and entertainment locations.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

In 2023, a Grotto waterfall feature was added with surrounding 3-foot pond. There are two master bedrooms with walk-in showers, as well as a lovely play set in the back yard. The 1st floor master closet was converted into a simple nursery with a crib and baby swing. The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has a king size bed for parents and a twin size bed for a child.
