Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was awesome! Sitting out on patio able to see and hear the ocean was wonderful. The condo was equipped well. Clean and very comfortable for our stay. The only things I would recommend are to fix the sliding glass door so that it’s easier to open, put a screen on that door, and fix one of the outside chairs that is broken. Other then that it was great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I condo was well situated on the beach. The View was nice, and the condo was clean and roomy. The sliding glass door is very stiff and hard to open and close. That could use some attention. There was a heavy rain and water did come pouring through the beach side windows for about an hour. It was not a problem for us as we simply put towels on the sills, but this is something that the owner will probably want to attend to.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn’t have chosen a better location. You left the apartment and walked just a few feet straight over the boardwalk to the beach. You can see the dunes and the beach from the apartment. The location is excellent and the manager is very friendly and warm. The apartment however, was old and rundown. List of fixes that would make the apartment is bit more comfortable include: in one bedroom it was hard to sleep because the mattress was old soft and creaked; springs made noise every time you moved; when you walk into the apartment the first thing you see is closet doors off the rails and a washer and dryer sticking out; sofas are old and uncomfortable. Overall, location is amazing and apartment is old and rundown.

The scenery was absolutely stunning and truly a highlight of the stay. However, I found the decor in the condo to be quite dated, which affected the overall ambiance. The mattresses were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, communication with the host was not as responsive as I had hoped, which made coordinating check-in and addressing other questions a bit challenging. Overall, while the location and views were fantastic, there’s room for improvement in the comfort and communication aspects.

Great place

Cocoa beach wasn’t all we hoped it would be but this place was nice. It was clean, spacious and in a good location, perfect to walk right out to the beach! It was dated but would stay again if we ever went back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to stay for softball world series. Overall the stay was okay. We had some issues by the end of the week with a gentleman named Byron who stormed out of his room an hour before curfew cussing and screaming at my players and parents for being to loud in the pool. A/C went out in my room, back door sliding door handle broke and water pressure was horrible. Other than that, everything was fine. As long as Byron is there, we will not be back to Spanish Main.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Many good things about this beachfront condo; mainly the beachfront and pool! The condo decor is old, the mattresses are not comfortable and the bedding is lacking any sort of luxury. (The guest room lamp is broken?) The bath towels are woefully small, only one hand towel and one washcloth per bathroom. Kitchen supplies also are not ample. No kitchen towels, no baking rack, no wine glasses. No small water/rocks glasses. None of the dishes, silverware or glasses/mugs match. For $100 at the dollar store, this condo could be much cuter and well stocked. Also only one garbage bag was supplied and NO coffee filter...not even one left over from another guest? The patio furniture was dirty and full of sand when we arrived. Broken plastic chairs and a weird small folding table. Communication with the rental company was sporadic and sometimes took days. Leaving a message at the rental office never got a call back. Checkout at 10am was oddly early, too and when we negotiated an 11am checkout the cleaning lady showed up at 10 wanting to get in while we were trying to enjoy the last few minutes at the pool and beach. So, why this is a nice place? The location is perfect; downtown Cocoa Beach is literally a 4 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, bars, shops, etc.The pool is really nice; warm, nice views of the beach and we never had a problem getting chairs. The beach...what a beautiful view from the condo, and a short walk over the raised walkway and the waves and sand were immediate. The space station launch pad is on perfect view from the beach (we didn’t see a launch it but it would be perfect!). Our drive was 2 1/2 hours so it’s the perfect weekend getaway. You may just want to find a more up to date unit in the building.

Stayed there 2 times before and the sliding glass door to patio still sticks so you can barely get it open, other than that is was great.

Until needs a fresh coat of paint, shower curtain on the outside had black mold. The picture on booking does not exactly match the unit. We loved the location. It was right on the beach and centrally located within cocoa. The place was mostly clean, beds were ok. It had a washer and dryer which were in good condition and easy to operate. The kitchen appliances were in good working order and clean, but a little dated. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. Overall we really enjoyed this place. It really just needs a makeover..

This is the 15th year that My wife Patti and I have been renting our Vacation Homes. It all started when we bought our first Condo, and it grew from there. Now we own, manage, and rent our many vacation homes, renting to nearly 2,000 Happy Guest families just like you every year at two locations: The Beach and right outside the Main Gate at Disney World! About us: We grew up in the Midwest - Columbus Ohio, and Naperville, Illinois. We made the move down to Sunny Orlando to be closer to our Vacation Homes, and we live here now, running all of our properties from here, it is a family business.
