Whilst we are disappointed with your review, it is this lack of facts & truths that are most disappointing. Yes you did report the electronic lock was not functioning on 1 occasion during your stay- Fact we sent someone over to replace the battery within 30 min which was an immediate response to resolve an issue beyond anyone's human control. Secondly, yes you did report that upon opening dishwasher for 1st use there was an odor and some mildew inside- Fact upon receiving your call our maintenance staff went over immediately to check why this happened. Upon inspection it was reported that the last drain cycle had been not been completed which left a small amount of water in bottom of dishwasher which in turn created smell & small amount of mildew. This was an error on the part of the dishwasher system, and was quickly drained, cleaned in great detail & disinfected by maintenance which left the dishwasher sparkling clean and smelling fresh. Later that evening approx 9 pm you called to say it was horrible and you could not use kitchen and didn't know how you could possibly stay in unit. We offered to come over, you refused and stated that you would call back in morning with update. You called next day around 1 pm to say there was a horrible smell, we were there in 20 min, you had left for day. There was no smell. That day we visited the unit on 3 separate occasions to find no smell and an extremely clean dishwasher. Later that evening you called again to say horrible smell can't use kitchen, we brought in licensed plumbing company who found zero smells, zero malfunctions and we recorded their findings on video which we then sent directly to you. You then complained of clothing washer the next day- Fact there was no issue with washer other than user error as cleaning team went in and all functioned properly. The cleaning team also found 3 full bags of stinking garbage in kitchen that you left sitting in kitchen which was very disrespectful to the unit. We do have video proof of plumbing professional stating there were no issues with dishwasher & photo proof of trash left in kitchen upon your departure. This 4 night rental client was a nightmare, as didn't want anyone there whilst in unit, but was happy to stay and even asked for late check out. Like the judge says you ate the steak, then didn't want to pay for the meal clearly by asking for refund. Please see all the reviews above on unit and our services.
