The ground floor offers another living area designed to keep the kids happy with a cupboard full of board games, XBOX and Wii consoles, flat screen smart TV. Access to a European laundry and double lockup garage with table tennis and surfboard storage racks.

the house has 2 large showers, 2 toilets and an outdoor hot/cold shower perfect for a large family.
