Wonderful views

Perfect location, close to the beach and 5 min walk to the old town. Host was very helpful and check in was super easy.Apartment is a great size with 2 double bedrooms with air conditioning. Washing machine came in very useful as we stayed for a month. Very happy with our vacation

The apartment is located very nice with a short distance to center of Antibes. Really close to the beach and the view from the apartment is amazing. Two bedrooms were we slept really good, dark and with AC. We had nothing to complain about and everything worked out fine during our stay. Ghislain was really helpful and nice. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice flat with an awesome view and a perfect location

Perfect location in Antibes

Loved the property. Rising in the morning to stunning views of sunrise over the Mediterranean. A few minutes from the ramparts. Less than ten-minute walk to Picasso museum and center of old town. Two small grocery stores within a few minutes. Kayser bakery a few minutes away. Larger supermarkets about a ten-minute walk. And near the main artery that separates old from new and takes you straight to train station and port.

Incredible Stay!

We loved staying at Ghislaine's apartment! We were greeted by her when we arrived and she showed us around the apartment making us feel at home. The view from the apartment is incredible and the apartment is very spacious. It is in a great location with the beach less than 5 min away and old town is about 10 min. We loved every second of our stay and we are already planning on when we can come back!

Great location in Antibes

The view was great. The location was excellent. Apartment was clean and spacious. Very, very difficult entry to toilet. Washer-dryer did not to work (could be user error). Mattress sagged in the middle. No real pillows. But worst of all was the 45 euro charge for three bath towels and sheets for the two beds (plus we had to go the the laundry a block away to pay the bill). There were only the three bath towels (for three of us) - no hand towels or wash cloths. I thought this was unusual though maybe it is common in Antibes. This kept us from giving five stars.

Lovely stay in Antibes

My husband and I spent two weeks in Ghislaine’s lovely apartment. The panoramic view was beautiful. Emmanuelle was waiting for us when we arrived from the airport and was very responsive to any request or concern throughout our stay. The little washing machine worked very well and held a surprising amount of clothing, towels, etc. We were concerned about not having a dryer, but the drying racks worked well, so we did not feel the necessity of taking our laundry to a “pressing.” The location was excellent, close enough to walk into the center of old Antibes every day, as well as along the beaches. It was Easter week, so the town was quite animated with people. The beds were quite firm, not really a problem for me but a little difficult for my husband. A foam topper would be a nice solution. In the evenings, we enjoyed the very comfortable seating and Netflix on the large-screen television. We felt very safe in the apartment and appreciated the parking space in the secure parking for the building. There are very good restaurants close by, as well as in the center of town. We especially enjoyed the seafood restaurant, Chez Mo (Albert 1er) two blocks away and the Cafe Milo in town by the old fountain. .Thank you Ghislaine and Emmanuelle for making our return to beautiful Antibes perfect! We would return to your apartment without hesitation! 🥰🇫🇷

Great, great location and great place

This is a great location. There are a couple of good restaurants nearby, but Old Town Antibes is less than a 15 minute walk and has some of the best food we have ever had. We discovered Antibes is the perfect location to be at on the Cote d’Azur. It’s centrally located and this condo is easy access to the train station, so you can get to Cannes, Nice, Monaco, Grasse simply and quickly. The rooms are plenty big and all of the amenities are working perfectly. We would recommend this place to all our friends, and already have.

Respite in Antibes

We didn't want to leave! The location - perfect! Ghislaine was beyond helpful and accommodating. The place is clean, kitchen has all the essentials (and then some!). We stayed for 10 days, 3 of which included our two daughters and grandparents. I would be back there is a heartbeat!

Vacances à Antibes

Vacances très agréables : le logement est parfait et la ville magnifique. Vous avez tout à disposition, la plage et la vieille ville. Vous pouvez tout faire à pied et laisser la voiture à la résidence ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! L’accueil de Ghislaine et Jean Louis est très agréable.

Super séjour

Formidable appartement, avec une vue sur la mer époustouflante, on est aux premières loges pour apprécier les changements de lumière et sentir la brise marine. Un vrai bonheur. L'intérieur est clair et lumineux, c'est un enchantement. Sur le plan pratique, appartement bien disposé, pièces assez vastes, tout fonctionne, clim dans les chambres, possibilité de parking, et les propriétaires sont charmants, disponibles, et soucieux du bon séjour de leurs locataires. Notre séjour était professionnel, sur 43 jours. Seule critique, mais qui ne concerne qu'Abritel, pour eux il n'y a que des "vacanciers", il n'ont aucune souplesse administrative pour des cas de figure différents. Quoi qu'il en soit cet appartement correspondait exactement à nos besoins. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Absolut Zufrieden

Wir haben die Zeit in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Am besten ist die grandiose Aussicht die man in allen Räumen, bis auf die Bäder, genießen kann. Die Lage ist ebenfalls toll, in direkter Nähe gibt es den Strand, Restaurants, Bäcker, kleine Supermärkte… Der Hafen und die Einkaufspassage sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der private Parkplatz ist in der Gegend ein muss und das Auto stand sicher auf dem Innenhof hinter einer Schranke zu der wir eine Fernbedienung bekamen. Der Kontakt zum netten Vermieter war immer unkompliziert möglich. Insgesamt sehr positiv und absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Kurzurlaub in Antibes

Super Lage mit traumhaftem Meerblick. Supermarkt, Bäcker, Café direkt um die Ecke. Zum Strand läuft man 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Kommunikation mit Host war sehr, sehr gut und angenehm.

Nous avons tout d'abord été séduits par la photo... Et tout le séjour a été du même niveau ! Un appartement superbe, spacieux, lumineux, élégant et fonctionnel, situé à 2 pas du vieil antibes (superbe et animé) et au pied de la plage...un bonheur permanent avec une vue à couper le souffle si on ajoute à cela 2 notes d'une gentillesse extrême et aux petits soins pour vous, on trouve une location parfaite pour des vacances au top !
