Direct lakefront 3100 sq ft. home built in 2006 on exclusive Lake Lillinonah with elevator access available upon request. This spacious and picturesque home is only 65 miles from NYC and just a few minutes from shopping, wineries and restaurants.

Hike, swim or just relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. Perfect family getaway for those looking for some peace and serenity. Take in the breathtaking views. Cook a delicious meal in the professional chefs kitchen with an additional refrigerator and oven in lower level. Enjoy your coffee on the balcony overlooking the lake. Play ping pong or billiards in the game room. Three single person Kayaks available for use. Don't forget your rods for fishing right off of the back dock! Weber bbq for grilling. Dock space is subject to availability upon request.

Master bedroom with en-suite and his/hers walk in closets. Two king beds, one queen and a day bed with two twin mattresses. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Elevator access available. Brand new mattresses, premium pillows, bedding and furniture to keep you comfortable and cozy.

Central AC, Central vac, cordless Dyson vacuums.

Elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant. For specific needs, please contact owner.

Please do not allow children to ride the elevator unattended. Children should not play in or around the elevator. Do not allow a child to stand between the elevator door and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway above or below the elevator cab for any reason. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if the cab door or landing door locking system is not functioning properly. Do not operate or attempt to operate the elevator if you detect any unusual sounds or the ride seems abnormal. If the elevator is not operating properly, do not attempt to servicen or repair the elevator yourself, please contact owner. Failure to follow these instructions could result in severe injury or death. Exterior front ring doorbell present and rear exterior camera monitoring boat and boat dock.

Overall stay was good! The house has plenty of space. It was clean for the most part. Musty when you first walk in. Has everything that you need for a family to enjoy some lake time and R&R. The only negative is the STEEP walk down to the lake. Kids are fine - Adults over 55 becomes a challenge. All in all - it was a great time.

An amazing place! Big & spacious, beutiful views, completely private. Stocked with more than we thought. Every kitchen appliance, herbs, professional appliances. Room enough to cook for 20. Kayaks, floats, 2 firepit areas, towels, lawn toys, coolers. Just bring your groceries and roll in for a great stay. Very responsive host. But had no need to call him. There are lots of steps on the walk from lake to the house is very steep so consider that when thinking about booking this property.

Great Long Weekend in the Fall!

We had a relaxing long weekend at Mike's beautiful lakefront property. It was myself with my husband and 20 year old son. Our son had liberty for the weekend from the Coast Guard Academy (less than 2 hours away) and this house on the lake was just what we all needed! The house was spotless, furniture and beds were all very comfortable. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well equipped for any feast you may want to prepare! Our son spent time down on the dock fishing and then we explored the nearby towns for dinner spots. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental and would definitely stay again. This past weekend the fall colors were popping and many neighbors homes were all decked out for Halloween, made for a great fall atmosphere! Thank you Mike for the hospitality!

Fantastic

Very impressed. The small touches were nice; e.g. Coffee was supplied (which we forgot to bring with us). The place was clean, everything we needed was there, plenty of space for our crew, mike was easy to work with. I give this place a super high rating and unqualified recomendation.

Beautiful Lake House

Had a wonderful stay! The house is extremely clean, well equipped, and on the best lake in the area. Communication from the host is great. It’s easy to access and provides all the amenities that make for a perfect holiday weekend. Hope to stay longer in the future - Thank you!

Almost perfect!

What a great house and amazing location. We spent a fantastic, fun filled weekend with friends and their 2 children doing all the lakeside activities you'd hope for - swimming, canoeing, barbecuing, s'mores around the firepit and generally relaxing. Michael, the host, couldn't have been more helpful. Just one other thing to share - the garden is pretty steep (as the photos clearly show, so no complaints) which is a minor work out for people such as myself to get back up to the house from the lake - all in all, not a bad thing, it helped to justify that extra beer!

Relaxing and beautiful

This is a gorgeous, spacious and clean house with a reflexing and pretty view. Great communication and nice stay. The walk down to the dock/sitting area could be difficult for some- definitely a commitment to decide to go down and back- but we enjoyed the kayaks and the view. Thanks for a nice stay.

Gorgeous Home, Beautiful Lake, Fantastic Host

We loved everything about our stay at this beautiful home on Lake Lillinonah. The house was impeccably clean and the balcony overlooking the lake was our favorite spot. We kayaked on the lake, fished off the dock, made s'mores by the campfire, watched movies, went out to eat, and did a lot of birdwatching. My son loved the pool table! Such a relaxing, true vacation. Amazing vacation place

This is our second time staying at this property because our last trip was really good. Michale is a wonderful host. The house was spotless just like last year and there was still an amazing lake view. Dry firewood was there for the fire pit so our kids were able to enjoy making s’mores. Our kids enjoyed fishing and kayaking in the lake all weekend long. The house had everything including board games, a ping-pong table, a pool table, and even two washers and dryers. The place also had enough toilet paper, paper towels, and detergent. I forgot an electronic device and Michele offered to ship it to our home. How amazing is that?! I definitely thank Michale for the amazing vacation we had. We will definitely come back.

Fantastic house

We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend with friends and family. The house was clean and not cluttered and right on the water. It was rainy all weekend but the kids loved going out to the dock and playing ping pong. The adults loved the large kitchen and beautiful view of the lake. Than you Mike!

Excellent Property!

Mike's home is even better than pictured: GORGEOUS lake view from living room/kitchen/2 bedrooms/upstairs den, spacious, immaculate, comfortable beds, large kitchen with high-end appliances, very nice lake-view master bedroom with en-suite with 2 vanities and separate water closet. Great amenities including ping pong and pool tables, 3 kayaks, fire pit, comfortable outdoor seating, private dock, fun board games, books, etc. My husband loves to fish and was out early every morning fishing off the dock. (Bring your own pole. The local bait shop is great. A fishing license can be purchased online.) This house will be our first choice if we are ever in the area again. We were in town for only 3 days for a family wedding, but wish we had opted to stay for a week.

Three Generation Getaway

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed kayaking on the lake, hiking the Lillinonah Loop, making S’mores at the Fire pit and generally taking in the view.

Beautiful in the winter!

We had a wonderful stay and the home greatly exceeded our expectations! Mike was very quick to respond to all questions throughout the booking process. We stayed for a weekend in February in between snow storms. When we arrived, the driveway and steps leading to the home had been freshly plowed which was very appreciated. My husband and I enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, bird watching in the backyard and playing ping pong and pool in the game room. We also enjoyed building a fire and sitting by the fire pit and are grateful to Mike for leaving dry firewood in the garage. I was impressed with how clean the house was. We would love to come back in warmer weather to enjoy more outdoor activities and see the lake when it's not covered in snow and ice. Even with the cold weather, it was a perfect getaway from the city for us to stretch our legs and get some fresh air.
