Everything from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was perfect. The condo was incredibly clean, Francesco was very responsive with any questions or concerns we may have had. Condo equiped with all the amenities anyone would need including everything for enjoying a fun day at the beach (snorkel gear, fins, goggles, boogie boards, skim board, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler). Bedrooms/ bathroom/ kitchen clean.**** Perfect location- steps from the ocean, minutes from basically private beach, swimming/ snorkeling, shops, stores, eateries, food trucks, everything you'd want. Perfect sunsets, whale watching, turtle viewing right at the condo.2.5 miles from Whaler's village/ Black rock/ kaanapali beach with over 70 shops. Condo has 1 king bed, 2 twin beds (can be converted to king), pull out queen sleeper sofa- comfortable enough for 6 people!We can't wait to go back- don't hesitate for a second to book this condo if its open! Francesco is a perfect host!

Amazing location!!

Wonderful condo and location

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. Well appointed and tastefully decorated, clean, full of light. Location is magical, right on the ocean, waves crashing feet away, easy path to beach, great sunsets. Also a few minutes walk from great coffee and a a fish/poke restaurant. Host Francesco was wonderful. We hope to be back soon!

Ocean at your back door

This was a beautiful, well maintained property. The kitchen was nicely appointed and we cooked many meals there. Having the ocean so close was amazing! Our kids could snorkel and see fish and turtles at anytime and sunsets were beautiful. We would stay at this property again!

The Perfect Maui Vacation

Francesco and Nathalie were amazing hosts and the condo was exactly as advertised. Clean, modern, and steps from the ocean. condo with beautiful view

We loved staying there. This unit at Maui Sands is in a nice location between the Kaanapali and Napili areas. The ocean view is gorgegous and the grounds around the unit are tropical. There isn't really a beach right there and the waves can be a bit rough in that spot but you can still swim and snorkel. Calmer swimming beaches are a short drive away.

Amazing ocean views!

We had an unforgettable stay in Lahaina. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the stunning ocean views right from the living room. Every morning, we enjoyed our coffee while watching the sun rise over the water—there's something magical about the way the colors change as the day begins.The condo itself is spacious, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a tropical vibe that instantly made us feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, dishes and pots and pans. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a shower. We also appreciated how well-maintained the property was. The building's common areas were always clean, and the pool area was an added bonus for a relaxing afternoon. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy to enjoy both the serenity of the location and the convenience of local amenities.The owner, Francesco, was very communicative and gave us great recommendations for local activities. I would definitely stay there in the future.

What a view

Side of the ocean, being so close and calming as far as renting a condo. It was quiet and private. The beach, even though it was small was not crowded at all. What a treat. The condo was comfortable. Beds were super comfortable too. The host was Johnny on the spot to communicate and very helpful with information. I would stay here again highly recommend.

You can stop looking, YOU'VE FOUND THE ONE!!

Seriously the best!!! My husband, 6 month old baby, mother in law, and father in law stayed here for 1 week and absolutely loved it. The backyard is literally the ocean. My husband and I have been to Maui 3 times and this was by far the best place we've stayed. We all could not have been happier with this condo. Condo was super clean. Beds are very comfy. Parking is just outside the door. Lots of windows to allow a wonderful breeze, but also had AC unit in case it's usually hot (we never used it). We love to cook and found everything we needed in the kitchen, including high quality wine glasses and knives. I'm fact, we were so comfortable at the condo we ended up not eating a single meal out!! We preferred to cook at home and enjoy the view at amazing home. Francisco was a wonderful host! Before our trip I messaged him a few times to ask about baby stuff as this was our first time traveling with the baby. He was super responsive and helpful! Our little one unfortunately got sick while on vacation and again Francisco went above and beyond to help us navigate where to bring him. Francisco even let us stay late on our check out day so our sweet baby could rest before our evening flight. We will 100% be back!! Ps - if you're in need of urgent care during your visit, Rachel Graham,NP at the Minit Clinic in Lahaina was wonderful!

Nice spot for a vacation

My family and I spent a wonderful week on the island of Maui. This condo was a nice place to rest in between all of the activities that we did. It is very clean and well stocked. (although there weren't enough beach towels for the 6 of us) My only complaint would be that the management wasn't readily available to help with any issues that we had. #1. There is supposed to be 1 key inside and 1 key in the lock box. We did not have a key inside. I notified them immediately upon our arrival and they never came to fix the problem. We had to use the lock box for our entire stay (pain in the butt!). #2. We had specifically rented this unit because it was listed as having a queen bedroom in the 2nd room. Upon our arrival we discovered that the 2nd room was 2 twins. That didn't sit well with my daughter and her fiance. I texted the management to ask if it could be fixed and they never responded. Now, of course I realize that maybe they didn't receive the text, but they had responded to me about our first issue....but they never fixed the problems. All of that being said....it's still a nice place and I would be willing to stay there again. But the other couple with us had to sleep on the couch! Time for new management???

Glad you enjoyed our Maui Sands unit 5C and would love to have you back. Sorry we didn't get your test messages. We added an additional number to our instructions in case guests messages have problems. Additional key has been replaced and in the unit's closet, there was, and still is, a special pad with sheets that you can use to place in between the twin beds after putting them together. This converts the twins into a large California king size bed. Guests can choose to leave as twins separate for children or put them together for couples.

Beautiful Maui Vacation

This property was amazing! This condo at Maui Sands was way more than we could ask for. It is a very homey, clean and upgraded unit. Everything you needed is available in the unit. It is fully stocked with everything right down to snorkel gear and beach chairs. Right as you walk in and open the back slider you look out to the ocean! We spent all of our mornings drinking coffee on the lanai and watching the whales. Such a nice breeze that blows through we never had to turn the air on. We did not take advantage of the beach in front of the condo. It was very rocky and not much beach. But there is one you can see and walk to if you really want to enjoy ocean days. We spent all our days enjoying Maui's beautiful sights and scenery. I highly recommend staying here on your vacations to Maui!

You can’t go wrong with the view

Beautiful view, very responsive management and well stocked kitchen. The unit could use a deep cleaning but overall the stay was amazing! Owner has lovely recommendations and the private unit allows you to drive and park right by the door. Great for families. You can not “play” at the beach but if you’re looking for the sound of the ocean at your door and a peaceful spot feet from the waves, this is the place! You’re paying for the view. Lots of fluffy towels and beach toys to use. Furniture and fixtures are pretty dated, but it works with the laid back, beach-hut vibe. Thanks for having us!

Nice condo with beautiful views!

Nice little condo, worked well for our family of four. The views couldn’t be better! Condo had pretty much everything we needed, including sand toys for our kids to use. There isn’t really beach access at the condo as the water was too rough for our little ones, but there was a small beach a couple blocks away.

Amazing condo - can’t get any closer to the ocean

We had a wonderful stay in Francesco’s condo. Everything felt new and clean. There were huge sea turtles right out front that you could easily see from the living room. House had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen was perfectly stocked. They even provide beach towels, snorkel gear, and sand toys for the kids!

Wish there was no construction

Would have been amazing if there wasn't a huge plyboard cutting off half of the lenia.. big hole in front of that, construction was right in front of condo. Condo was great,plenty of space, dishes, great blender to make smoothies. Rooms were a bit small, could hear the bedroom noises from the nextdoor condo at night. Pool was fine. Had to walk around the entire complex to get to the beach access and overlook. Used ac a little but mostly keeping fans running and windows open kept condo a good temp. Saw turtles multiple days swimming in front of condo. Short walk to many places, great location for us.

Dear Erika, we have posted when you booked and were aware that there was work going on till 4 pm. We reduced the booking price for this reason by 50%. The view and the ocean were still there and condo were still great. The 1000 sq ft condo is larger than many other properties that averages 600-800 Sq ft

I was born on the beautiful island of Ischia, near Capri, Italy in the Mediterranean. I have been attracted to Maui for its beauty, ocean and lush Hawaiian landscaping. I felt that this is my other paradise on earth together my island of Ischia, Italy. The walking distance to the village reminds me of the European flair with its shops and restaurants.

The magnificent daily views will complement your relaxing days in the warm 80 degrees Maui ocean water. A fully stocked kitchen for you to use. Our green landscaped grounds are typical Lush Hawaii. All shops & markets are within walking distance to the village, just outside the property across the street. FREE parking 12 feet away from the front door. We also provide snorkeling gear, beach chairs, beach towels, new air conditioning, ground floor location with no steps, children friendly. One cannot get any closer to the ocean, imagine only 10 feet away from you. Extremely quiet and peaceful. The ocean sound will be music to anyone's ears.
